It was pretty clear on the day in the last few minutes of the third quarter, that Melbourne were spent, so I just had a feeling.

I was at this game, just behind the goals at the end we were kicking to in the last quarter. I remember a few of us were saying at 3 quarter time, '10 goal last quarter boys!! We weren't really serious, just hopeful. Then the Bombers fired up bigtime! I remember starting a chant from behind the bombers cheer squad, that had the entire southern stand chanting in the last quarter. I don't think the cheer squad was too pleased, not sure why though. Go Bombers!
