I main sword duels and i noticed you heal VERY early, when you only truly have to heal on 2.5 or 3 hearts (5/6 hp), preserve your very limited healing! But you're very good at what you do, keep it up :D
@@vihaanagarwal-hh9wz you're simply eating more often when you can just eat and get that same saturation a little later while also dealing more damage because you have more time to hit than what you would if you used that time eating
@@anduisbetter I'll reiterate,it's most effective to eat gaps when you lose 2 hunger because at 2 hunger your usually at 4-6 hearts making healing more efficient and thus you have more health

I also main op duels and u have to heal when u lose 2 hunger for max utilisation of saturation
