  • Hey everybody! I filmed this vlog just before Christmas and have been STRUGGLING to get it up! I thought I'd post it anyway for those of you who love my travel vlogs.
    We took a short day trip to Chipinge which is about 70kms away from Chimanimani to do some shopping. It was busy and chaotic because of the Christmas rush.
    I hope you guys enjoy it! Sorry in advance for the dirty wind screen I decided to vlog last minute lol.

    Wow, amazing video.Made me cry, my rural ( Kanyi). We got a Macadamia Farm 1400 trees in area called Newcastle there . Had 5,600kgs harvest last year. Working sweat & tears since 2009, its paying off now 🌳 🎋 🏡🌳 🌲 🌴 🌳

      Wow that is incredible!!! Congratulations your blood sweat and tears has paid off immensely! May this only be the beginning of a lifetime of bountiful amd rich harvests growing more from year to year!!!

      @@KellyMataure Thanks so much Kelly. Am based in London ,but had partnered with my dad growing macadamia from zero. Our harvest been doubling every year. We expecting 10 tonnes this year. Its a shame the Chinese are ripping the farmers off buying us$4 a kilo. In the UK they sell as high as £50 a kilo. Am looking for a market in Europe . So wish me luck😏

      @@cooljayah welldone you bypass the chinese mbavha.... Have you tried looking for white farmers to market with I'm sure that lot don't get ripped off by chinese. Also 🇿🇼 black farmers need to be united and organised that way you can have more bargaining power that's what white commercial farmers do

    beautiful country ☺️, but the government should work more on the roads they're too narrow which is very dangerous for travelers

    It was going to be a great Video without the Negative comments you had to say at the end of the video it was Christmas people will be busy buying things what did you expect nhai

    • @KellyMataure
      @KellyMataure  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      How was it negative? It was full and busy. Meaning long waits and no social distancing. Not to mention a lot of people were not wearing masks ot wearing them incorrectly. There was nothing fun or pleasant about it. Not a disaster but it was hectic

      @@KellyMataure yes and I agree with you but that the problem what your motive after creating a beautiful video i was loving it all the way and the End part that was not necessary didn’t se the motive plus your show the viewers a not even a quarter of Chipinge im only saying it would have been much nicer if you had shown viewers the real chipinge no the road trip

    • @KellyMataure
      @KellyMataure  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I hear you, but my vlogs are about sharing my life experiences through my eyes. The good and the bad. I didn't travel solely to tour Chipinge. I had my own errands to run and shared what I could while I was at it. That's all.

    • @KellyMataure
      @KellyMataure  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      It's SUPER narrow which is what makes it so scary to drive on. Some people drive like lunatics. We've had quite a few near-misses there
