At 8:00 about being thin and spraying when tacky. For those who dont understand. When spraying each coat you must either have a chemical bond "layers when still wet/tacky" or you have to let it cure, and sand it to get a "mechanical bond?
Use a fast hardner for your primer en heat the primer up in a bucket warm water, it helps a lot. Maybe invest in a infrared curing light. Nice vids, i enjoy watching them!
30 minutes after the video dropped = 1000 views 4 hours later = over 5000 views! 🔥🔥🔥💯 It's been great watching the channel grow along with your skill set. Keep it up Adam!! 🙌💪👍 #2020bodevision #bodesquad #notificationgang
To control dust, one painter from Texas the loud mouth, tattooed one in Lewisville, Texas on here on You Tube. Wets the floor prior to painting for dust control. I know it's money. But some of the better paint booths have a down flow grate system. Where the car and painter are standing on a metal grate which the spray fumes are sucked down then out.
Good stuff. Was the white sealer needed for that color? Or do you seal every time fire base? Is it possible to make a run in sealer? If so can you sand sealer?
You should wet down the floor when spraying, less dust will be kicked up from the floor. It was one of the techniques I was taught working at a body/paint shop and it definitely helped a lot.
Yo, not sure what editing software you use but you can normally duplicate one audio channel to another if one side goes out. ANYWAY great job as always. KILLING IT
Watching your videos are always entertaining, and informative. Intros are always funny. I always hit that like button, and today I had to unsubscribe and re-subscribe bcuz of the great content lol.
@bodeVision Tip for audio, if you ever have a channel missing or something like that again, or you find yourself using a monochannel mic. in post just duplicate the one channel to both L&R no one will notice
67dodgepolara we cross referenced the color code on a hand full of mixing systems and they’re all up there in price. I’ll for sure look into them though. Thanks man
@@BodeVision Thank you for reading my comment. Fordite is basically many layers of paint accumulated over years, it harderns and can be machined, turned and worked to make products (i.e. Jewelry, pens, pendants, handles, etc). en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fordite
Dude bodie Fire color and loving the subie content nice break from the Honda’s, I was wondering if you thought about getting something to warm your shop enough to paint whenever you want.
That colour looks better than what is on the car it looks a deeper colour. I think the cars colour had suffered from Fade big time. If I remember correctly didn't you do something similar for the paint on the hellkitty I know it was that base coat but you sprayed a panel got to the end and then went strait back, I could be wrong.
Formula1 Fan yes it’s an orientation to make the pearls lay out constantly. It’s a life changer for me, before I would struggle with stripes in the pearls
WHAT SIZE TIP DID YOU SPRAY THE SEM MINI GOLD FLAKE ON TAYLOR RAYS MIATA WITH!!? I bought the same base and flake and I’m painting my s14. I was going to spray it with a 1.3 tip what do you think?
I hope he comes back and has you paint the bay as well I’m originally from his channel and came over from the ls Miata
That door and you saying I'm leaving has me in tears. Was the next best thing today other than coming home to my wife and kids.

Great job man ! Hard work pays off painting a car is no easy job !
Are you using a 1.3 tip? What inlet pressure did you shoot the clear with? I didnt see any orange peel in that, flawless
I just realized how much I love the intros into all of his videos 😂

I appreciate that and in reality there’s sanding dust everywhere! I try though

The details!!!! Another great project 👍👍👍👌👌👌
Good video flow; not bogging us down in the BS but giving up the goods. Keep it up brotha
with cold weather heat gun is your best friend. Apply primer and then use the heat gun after that. Or pre heat the panel before you apply primer.
Vardy Nice!......Always Killin it to da Max!

There's Nothing More Weird Than 2 Pair Of Sunglasses Adam 😂😂✌💪
Can’t wait to see the finished product
Also when you spray parts as if how they sit on the vehicle it turns out a nicer end result. Allows the Mica and flake to lay properly !
Awesome ! So pump for the end result man, I'm happy that you've keep the red it suit the car so well !
Looks awesome like always
Have you ever pulled a run with tape?
Looks slick man 🔥👌
Quality. You know all about it
Love the content mate, so satisfying to watch, you're an artist! 👊💪😲
Get a faster hardener for your primer that will help you out a lot... and for your final coat just put some reducer to get more of a wet coat
You can heat your paint by simply using a single stove eye, a pot with water and right before you use the paint heat it up say 5 min ahead.
@bodevision have you ever used the allkandy wet wet clear, the high solid clear
Good stuff. Was the white sealer needed for that color? Or do you seal every time fire base? Is it possible to make a run in sealer? If so can you sand sealer?
Making the best out of a bad situation well done
Brother looks amazing actually like the color not a big fan of red but that paint Damm
Looks amazing one day I hope to have you paint my 01 Silverado single cab short bed

Dare I say... STUNNING? Our yeah!!

Is it possible to get a quality rattle can, to come close to that, maybe small scale?
Great job bro.
great work my dude
Suppose to spray metallics the way the panels attach to the car or flakes dont lay right an have slightly different effect as rest of the paint would
Can't go wrong with that color,SRP. Just like my '01 Forester!
and now, you're watching the "predetermined future plan to file an extension on my 2019 taxes" channel
😂😂😂
That looks fire buddy , I love that colour
Looks sick man
The life of a painter
If it's not Love Bugs

Yo, not sure what editing software you use but you can normally duplicate one audio channel to another if one side goes out. ANYWAY great job as always. KILLING IT
EWAN NUTLEY huh I for sure could have done that. Oh well lol I’ll know next time. Thanks
Is natural dryness OK without heat treatment on the painting surface?
Don't you have to heat it up?

@bodeVision Tip for audio, if you ever have a channel missing or something like that again, or you find yourself using a monochannel mic. in post just duplicate the one channel to both L&R no one will notice
Steven Jansen hey man thank you for that! Noted
Give Tamco a call they're high-quality and their base is usually 450 to 500 a gallon for just about anything if I remember right.
67dodgepolara we cross referenced the color code on a hand full of mixing systems and they’re all up there in price. I’ll for sure look into them though. Thanks man

david martin a 1.3 should be okay for the mini flake. Just make sure you’re not using the filter in the gun
Hey Bode, where is the best place to buy paint? Any recommended brands?
Shabiddly look up automotive paint suppliers near me
why not just paint the hood on the table? seems silly to hang it vertical when a run is so likely...
That double glasses intro 🤣🤣
You can become ghost buster now 😂😂🤣
Anyone knows the music for the video roll?
