Got mine a few days ago. And have switched out the ear buds a few times to get the right size. I haven't had any problems at all and the area of the tips where they connect are not thin at all.
I guess you got lucky, but I’m not the only one who has this issue, it is all over Reddit, and TH-cam videos also talk about this issue, and it was all over news as of Friday. Hence why Samsung stopped shipping of Buds 3 Pro. These tips will not last with regular care, especially after use as body temperature will make them even more fragile.
Also, I have the same issue, the tips ripped when I try to remove the tips. And the service centre guys say that they don't have replacement yet. Can anyone suggest me what to do?
@@sharathgowda7242 I was told to call warranty team/department first 1-800-726-7864, and see what they suggest, if they can’t fix it or replace it, then it’s up to you if you want to return it or keep it.
Hello, I also ordered the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro in July, they were about to arrive but they got returned and I got a refund. So I ordered them again in August, and they arrived 2 Weeks earlier than they were supposed to ship, they assured me that they were checked and were completely fine. When i got them, the eartips were fine, but the LEDs were misaligned and the light spilled into the buds, basically making the stem glow 😳, and there were significant gaps between the earbuds. Additionally, the left earbud did not charge inside the case a few times. I contacted Samsung and I am waiting for a Reply.
@MaxNM yeah I'm still waiting for a Reply, but I will definitely exchange them, cause I love the design and the audio quality is very good, just a shame that the build quality is good, but many are defective.
@@Planes-001 I did not like the design, sound was not impressive, and ANC was weak. I tried nothing's earphones, now ANC is not the best, but sound is amazing. Design is great, very comfortable, and overall my favorite at this point. Nothing Ear Wireless Earbuds with... www.amazon.com/dp/B0CXPQKHR3?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share

Mine didn't break either. I've changed them several time to g\find the best fit. Some people are heavy handed lol.
Is the qc problems depend on the locations of Vietnam or India or China.

Oh wow, if you're under the return period, just exchange them. If not, then they will make you go through the warranty department.
