Women are 18 times more likely to be abused by their cop husband or boyfriend than any other profession, 18 times more likely than the 2nd worst profession, just let that sink in.. And you know many of those women are too scared to call other cops on her cop husband so that 18 times more likely is probably a much bigger number.

@@tictacterminator That's way more intense than a 1st DUI charge, at least in my state... but it may depend on how drunk you are too. A friend of mine didn't really get anything for his 1st one (aside from some hefty fines). He got his 2nd and 3rd in close proximity to each other. I think he had 60 days of jail and license revoked for 2 years, but he could get a breathalyzer ignition after 6 months (including the time spent in jail). You have to pay to have the breathalyzer installed and rent it monthly. Oh and he had to take a class for like 3 days (which also cost money). I think he was only a bit over 0.08 for each. The jail time got to him to straighten up though... 4th is like 6 months mandatory minimum for jail. Basically, if you're calm and cooperative and not too obviously plastered, you'll prob get off light... act like her, and they might eye the "maximum" side of the sentencing ranges with no deals...
I did that in college. Was really drunk and busted my neighbors window out of his house. Woke up in the county jail and the other inmates had stolen my blanket, pillow, toiletries, and socks while I was passed out. I didn’t realize the gravity of what I had done until they set my bond at $1k in full.

She was emotionally whip lashing, and in the morning she won't remember what she said or did, and will regret it when she see's what she did when those parts of her brain are working again. When I was 16 I was pulled-over for speeding in Hamilton, Montana. This was 1995. I was scared shitless. The officer took my info, went back to his vehicle, then came back and told me to come with him back to his vehicle. He sat me in his front seat and showed me the speed on his radar. I was doing 65 in a 55 in my 1978 Ford Mustang. He told me to slow down because I could hurt myself behind the shell during the winter because of icy conditions on the road. He was so professional and patient with my dumbass. I’m glad he stopped me. You couldn’t pay me enough to be a Police Officer in 2022.
When I saw that you were going 10 over and got pulled over because of it and the officer told you to slow down I was like "wtf" but then I saw that the road was icy and I was like "Ohhhhhhhhhhhh"
False accusations of rape (or any false accusations) are an offense, but only if brought to court (I think). So her screaming that they're raping her on camera isn't the same as her going into the courtroom and saying: "Officer so and so raped me, and I'm pressing charges!"
Even after everything, she was still told "You're gonna get some tickets and a chance to go home tonight"....then she freaked out like they were sending her straight to prison. This chick is definitely her own worst enemy.

I don’t live in WI but I have been pulled over for driving erratically because I had to take a shit. I even told the officer that he could follow me back to my place a few hundred yards away and I’d be fully cooperative. I’m not sure if was the smell of dead ass emanating from my vehicle, the sweat dripping from my face, or my tone of voice that convinced him that I was being serious and that he was going to have to go hands on with a shit burrito if he didn’t let me take a dump- but he did let me go.

My grandmother who I was very close to took care of her through 8 years of dementia died the same night I got my dui I was lost ruined my life doesn't change the fact I made a mistake you have to accept responsibility for your actions I blew a 2.6 amazing I didn't kill someone I was such a bad alcoholic I passed the field sobriety test but the cop couldn't get over the fact I stank of alcohol I got off lucky cause that was a felony offence in my state the dropping it to a misdemeanor cause it was my first and only offense changed my life for the better 2 years sober now and went from wanting to kill myself to #1 mechanic in the entire country for pep boys

It’s pretty common behavior. It can be very entertaining it was one of my favorite parts of the job messing with crazy belligerent drunks. I stopped working in 1998 and I’m glad because I would probably be fired if I messed with people like we did back then.

It's not some standard procedure to play dash cam in a dui court case. Especially when you plead guilty. A typical court day has a bunch of people crammed in a room, and each one comes up to the judge for like 60 seconds.
The kind of person she is will never be able to consider that she may be in the wrong. She will sit in court, watching it, thinking her statements were profound, her arguments were irrefutable and her accusations were valid.

And even after having been clean for over 5 years, I have absolutely NO qualms with saying that drugs and alcohol just amplify your worst characteristics. But I have NEVER been THIS fucked up. You had me at "Lacrosse, Wisconsin" EDIT: After watching the video, I gotta say, I'm impressed with the stamina of Lacrosse, WI degenerates. From experience, I can tell you that getting arrested for drunken disorderly is kinda exhausting. You gotta go to the police station, and sit there while they do paperwork for what feels like hours. Then you gotta ride to jail, then you gotta go through the searches and what not. Sometimes a hospital trip if you don't consent to a breathalyzer. You change location at least two or three times, have to answer a million questions, every step is a buzzkill, and you can't drink during any of it. By the time I finally got to the drunk tank, I just wanted to lay down and take a nap. The fact that these people can continue their disorderly conduct for at least 3-4 hours without any more alcohol is truly a feat of endurance.

The police up there seem very chill as long as they're treated with a little bit of common courtesy. I've always heard folks in Wisconsin are "midwest nice" most of the time so maybe that backs that up.
Ah ok I understand a little bit about sobriety test. I have been pulled over before. I wasn't drinking within that 14 hours of when they pulled me over for expired tabs of the vehicle, I was borrowing and they smelled alcohol coming from the vehicle. I borrowed a car. Because someone wanted a ride to the casino. In otherwords. I drove a car of a person's girlfriend, to give that person a ride to the casino because he was already drunk. We played some slots. He drank more. I drank soda. Drive back home. I didn't know the tabs were expired, so patrol pulls us over and gives me the eye test thing. Gives me the ticket and I try argue with him like "what are you talking about??? This owner just bought the vehicle 4 months ago, how are the tabs expired???" I look at the plates, well sure enough, they were expired. Which I don't understand. Because when you buy a vehicle and register it, it is not going to expire within 4 months. I tried to describe these details in court. But the judge wasn't even paying attention to a single word I said just like my previous traffic courts like 10 years back. The judges just follow the same step process "I will lower your fine by half. And you can setup monlthy payment arrangments at the front. (I purpose or propose aly mispelled words).

First time DUI convictees get off too easily being sentenced to picking up roadside garbage for 24 hours. Instead, they should be sentenced to 24 hours of riding along with law enforcement making next of kin notifications after a DUI fatality. That way they can see what it's like standing on a stranger's porch at 0200 trying to frame the words that will destroy the world of whoever opens the door.
I very much like your idea, and yet, I can't help but worry that some POS finding themselves in that situation would act like it, and just make the situation exponentially worse.
That idea is gold, assuming the DUI convict still has a conscience, humanity.......in the case of "my brother died you rapist" Brittney here, that's a hard nope.
I have a better punishment. Send them on an ambulance to DUI fatalities. Or just make them watch 100 hours of the old driver's education movies I saw in high school. Signal 30, Red Light Return, Highways of Agony, Wheels of Death, etc. Those make modern horror movies seem like kiddie shows. Those are videos of real accidents with no censoring. Most were made by the Ohio State Patrol.
From someone who has been on the verge of creating a chocolate sunday on while in a motor vehicle on many occasions and my only choice was to get home ASAP (75 minute drive and the urge usually hit hard on that last 20-25 minutes where there was no bathroom stop), If I DID get pulled over, the cop would know I wasn't lying because my skin would be pale, I would be sweating profusely and likely in visible pain. I would then proceed to ask to cower in the ditch for a few minutes. if not allowed to do so, I'd just have to shit myself. End of story. If I don't see sweat and discomfort, I don't believe.
The only time I told a cop that I had a dead relative was when I got pulled over moving my dead mother's car to my place. The tags were expired and I was pulled over by CHP. They had every right to tow the car, but when the officer came to the window I told him the truth in a calm manner. He wrote me up for no tags, but didn't write me up for no insurance, and let me drive it home. He had every right to tow the car. I was trying to save some transportation fees and ended up paying $800 for driving with expired tags :D. That cop was super cool though. He could have written me up for way more and he could have towed the car. Here's the thing though. It wasn't because I told him my mother had died. I needed to tell him that to explain the vehicle. No, it was the calm respectful manner that I approached it with. I f***ed up and I knew it, so why try to play it any other way?

Most cops are nice like that. I had expired inspection of like 6 mo's and he wrote me up for only one month....after my sister renewed the registration while he was standing there( it's her car). Such a nice trooper! So one ticket instead of two, and the one was less severe than it should have been.

I come from Florida (crazy Florida men be crazy here) and I have personally grown to hold my own views towards certain matters that you sometimes talk about. @@chrisisweird7463 for the most part it is about issues with the system, a little bit of history, different theories of why people commit crimes, and basic introductions of how certain laws and amendments work in the system. The basic question that is examined in this field is "Why do criminals commit crimes?" It is a lot harder to answer and it is not as simple as some people would think. From there you can take a bunch of different electives; at my school in particular that ranges from the death penalty to a class on parricide (the killing of parents). Different schools might call the major Criminal Justice or something along those lines, they are basically the same just different/ modern name. If you are not to sure on it you could always start with another major and add on criminology as a second major or a minor, in my opinion it is a very easy major and I wish I did this when I started. There are only really around 4-5 required classes and then you take around 8-10 crim electives. The rest is general education and I have extra credits to take random classes or to go towards a minor/ major.

Wow, I just found some new respect for Police Officers. Those officers who have to deal with a person like this and then once done. Go right back out to fix or address the next issue that arises with a new fresh attitude. "Bling!*" Show up at the next crisis, just like nothing happened, forget the dog cussing you just received and the assault on the officer by a stupid DUI individual. "Blip-bling" the police officer has to let it go. Oh and don't let it bother you police officer! How can a human tolerate that kind of abuse repeatedly day after day! A friend of mine didn't really get anything for his 1st one (aside from some hefty fines). He got his 2nd and 3rd in close proximity to each other. I think he had 60 days of jail and license revoked for 2 years, but he could get a breathalyzer ignition after 6 months (including the time spent in jail). You have to pay to have the breathalyzer installed and rent it monthly. Oh and he had to take a class for like 3 days (which also cost money). I think he was only a bit over 0.08 for each. The jail time got to him to straighten up though... 4th is like 6 months mandatory minimum for jail.
Basically, if you're calm and cooperative and not too obviously plastered, you'll prob get off light... act like her, and they might eye the "maximum" side of the sentencing ranges with no deals...
I did that in college. Was really drunk and busted my neighbors window out of his house. Woke up in the county jail and the other inmates had stolen my blanket, pillow, toiletries, and socks while I was passed out. I didn’t realize the gravity of what I had done until they set my bond at $1k in full.

When I was 16 I was pulled-over for speeding in Hamilton, Montana. This was 1995. I was scared shitless. The officer took my info, went back to his vehicle, then came back and told me to come with him back to his vehicle. He sat me in his front seat and showed me the speed on his radar. I was doing 65 in a 55 in my 1978 Ford Mustang. He told me to slow down because I could hurt myself behind the shell during the winter because of icy conditions on the road. He was so professional and patient with my dumbass. I’m glad he stopped me. You couldn’t pay me enough to be a Police Officer in 2022.

I even told the officer that he could follow me back to my place a few hundred yards away and I’d be fully cooperative. I’m not sure if was the smell of dead ass emanating from my vehicle, the sweat dripping from my face, or my tone of voice that convinced him that I was being serious and that he was going to have to go hands on with a shit burrito if he didn’t let me take a dump- but he did let me go.

My grandmother who I was very close to took care of her through 8 years of dementia died the same night I got my dui I was lost ruined my life doesn't change the fact I made a mistake you have to accept responsibility for your actions I blew a 2.6 amazing I didn't kill someone I was such a bad alcoholic I passed the field sobriety test but the cop couldn't get over the fact I stank of alcohol I got off lucky cause that was a felony offence in my state the dropping it to a misdemeanor cause it was my first and only offense changed my life for the better 2 years sober now and went from wanting to kill myself to #1 mechanic in the entire country for pep boys

It's not some standard procedure to play dash cam in a dui court case. Especially when you plead guilty. A typical court day has a bunch of people crammed in a room, and each one comes up to the judge for like 60 seconds.

Bro, I've been hammered far more than my fair share of times. I was an alcoholic even in high school. I've gone to rehab for alcohol and narcotic addiction. And even after having been clean for over 5 years, I have absolutely NO qualms with saying that drugs and alcohol just amplify your worst characteristics. But I have NEVER been THIS fucked up. Or at least I was never this much of a crybaby shitbird when I was totally wrecked. That's insane. I'm sure she'll love spending the last 53 years of her live with at least as many cats in her 1 bedroom apartment.

EDIT: After watching the video, I gotta say, I'm impressed with the stamina of Lacrosse, WI degenerates. From experience, I can tell you that getting arrested for drunken disorderly is kinda exhausting. You gotta go to the police station, and sit there while they do paperwork for what feels like hours. Then you gotta ride to jail, then you gotta go through the searches and what not. Sometimes a hospital trip if you don't consent to a breathalyzer. You change location at least two or three times, have to answer a million questions, every step is a buzzkill, and you can't drink during any of it. By the time I finally got to the drunk tank, I just wanted to lay down and take a nap. The fact that these people can continue their disorderly conduct for at least 3-4 hours without any more alcohol is truly a feat of endurance.

The police up there seem very chill as long as they're treated with a little bit of common courtesy. I've always heard folks in Wisconsin are "midwest nice" most of the time so maybe that backs that up.
Ah ok I understand a little bit about sobriety test. I have been pulled over before.
I wasn't drinking within that 14 hours of when they pulled me over for expired tabs of the vehicle, I was borrowing and they smelled alcohol coming from the vehicle. I borrowed a car. Because someone wanted a ride to the casino. In otherwords. I drove a car of a person's girlfriend, to give that person a ride to the casino because he was already drunk. We played some slots. He drank more. I drank soda. Drive back home. I didn't know the tabs were expired, so patrol pulls us over and gives me the eye test thing. Gives me the ticket and I try argue with him like "what are you talking about??? This owner just bought the vehicle 4 months ago, how are the tabs expired???" I look at the plates, well sure enough, they were expired. Which I don't understand. Because when you buy a vehicle and register it, it is not going to expire within 4 months. I tried to describe these details in court. But the judge wasn't even paying attention to a single word I said just like my previous traffic courts like 10 years back. The judges just follow the same step process "I will lower your fine by half. And you can setup monlthy payment arrangments at the front. (I purpose or propose aly mispelled words).

First time DUI convictees get off too easily being sentenced to picking up roadside garbage for 24 hours.
Instead, they should be sentenced to 24 hours of riding along with law enforcement making next of kin notifications after a DUI fatality.
That way they can see what it's like standing on a stranger's porch at 0200 trying to frame the words that will destroy the world of whoever opens the door.

Signal 30, Red Light Return, Highways of Agony, Wheels of Death, etc. Those make modern horror movies seem like kiddie shows. Those are videos of real accidents with no censoring. Most were made by the Ohio State Patrol.

From someone who has been on the verge of creating a chocolate sunday on while in a motor vehicle on many occasions and my only choice was to get home ASAP (75 minute drive and the urge usually hit hard on that last 20-25 minutes where there was no bathroom stop), If I DID get pulled over, the cop would know I wasn't lying because my skin would be pale, I would be sweating profusely and likely in visible pain. I would then proceed to ask to cower in the ditch for a few minutes. if not allowed to do so, I'd just have to shit myself. End of story. If I don't see sweat and discomfort, I don't believe.
The only time I told a cop that I had a dead relative was when I got pulled over moving my dead mother's car to my place. The tags were expired and I was pulled over by CHP. They had every right to tow the car, but when the officer came to the window I told him the truth in a calm manner. He wrote me up for no tags, but didn't write me up for no insurance, and let me drive it home. He had every right to tow the car. I was trying to save some transportation fees and ended up paying $800 for driving with expired tags :D. That cop was super cool though. He could have written me up for way more and he could have towed the car. Here's the thing though. It wasn't because I told him my mother had died. I needed to tell him that to explain the vehicle. No, it was the calm respectful manner that I approached it with. I f***ed up and I knew it, so why try to play it any other way?

Most cops are nice like that. I had expired inspection of like 6 mo's and he wrote me up for only one month....after my sister renewed the registration while he was standing there( it's her car). Such a nice trooper! So one ticket instead of two, and the one was less severe than it should have been.

@@chrisisweird7463 for the most part it is about issues with the system, a little bit of history, different theories of why people commit crimes, and basic introductions of how certain laws and amendments work in the system. The basic question that is examined in this field is "Why do criminals commit crimes?" It is a lot harder to answer and it is not as simple as some people would think.
From there you can take a bunch of different electives; at my school in particular that ranges from the death penalty to a class on parricide (the killing of parents). Different schools might call the major Criminal Justice or something along those lines, they are basically the same just different/ modern name.
If you are not to sure on it you could always start with another major and add on criminology as a second major or a minor, in my opinion it is a very easy major and I wish I did this when I started. There are only really around 4-5 required classes and then you take around 8-10 crim electives. The rest is general education and I have extra credits to take random classes or to go towards a minor/ major.
