It's much more realistic, because that's how the game is played. It's the difference between watching a race, and riding in the passenger seat of a race car.
You and Brad have come so far it's absolutely inspiring and incredible. I remember just 3ish years ago 2-5 was your game and the money was serious then. The empire you both have built is amazing. I'm not sure if you guys are staked but it doesn't matter if you are because that would still mean people believe in you.
I love what you do with the streams, blocking/bluring the opp cards gives us the feeling we are siting along with you and getting to re-live the action. Great job Andrew. keep grinding and thanks for sharing.
I'm glad that you and Brad are doing the poker vlogging thing together. Yea, his channel has more views. But just in general, the fact that you have this great friendship with him, you and Brad really have such a unique journey that no other vlogger has this amount of success. It would be kinda lonely if you were doing this solo. All that said -- still happy to watch your videos. Hope you sprinkle in whatever creative content you want to do other than the "standard" poker vlog. I'm here for it.
Spoilers: Saw the streams but I'm here for the highlights. Was so happy to see you playing and running well, Andrew. A result like this has been coming for a while
Yep. His grimace when he was forced to finally fold 7-2 after that hand earlier was hilarious. The re-cap watchers missed out on some great context to the fold.
A few things, first off your hair looks great please keep letting it grow. Secondly great job battling back and recouping some of your loses. And C if these stakes are too big for you Andrew don't play them. I mean that with absolute respect. I am a huge fan of yours and I would way rather see you play 2-5 5-10 and do well. We are rooting for you and if your starting stack is 15-20k and others have nearly 100k they can simply out pressure you a lot of the time . Anyways wishing you all the best Andrew good luck and thank you so much for continuing to share a part of your life with us. I still remember your first vlog where you weren't sure how this channel would go or grow ! Glad you're still giving us the content : ) Have a great weekend.
Yeah: Cold-calling the 4-bet pre smells strongly like Aces. - Andrew had the easy choices to give up after either the Flop call, or the Turn call. Or, if he really wanted to bluff with any amount of fold equity, to simply jam the Turn. However, he preferred to get Value in the future by showing the world that he is capable of bluffing with his chosen line.
You didn't include a few seconds of Taras the anglo airball talking out of his arse lol crime. The wirgin was on a 5 day bender with a suoercut. Epic. Nice vid neeme
The results for hands that make it to the river area shown by whether or not your cards are highlighted. Maybe that can be edited out next time one of these livestream games are uploaded?

QQQ flop at 13:19. Something to note, maybe small but you don't block QJs, KQs, or AQs. Yes you do block KK but that would 5-bet preflop a large percentage of the time (75-99%), and yeah you do block half of JJ combos. I wonder if EZ flats here with AQo (3 combo) and then the 1 combo of AQs. Or if his range is TT/JJ (9) and AA (6)). So if it's just those hands (not counting AKo/AKs or KK).. there is 10 hands he is never folding (quads, queens full of aces)) and 9 hands he might fold if you barrel off..

It's the card on the far left of the flop that counts. And then if that one is a K for example, you'd go to the middle card, then the right card, then the turn, etc etc until we get a seat number card.
Everyone trashing Brad on the last Lodge stream when Taras 5-bet 10-7 on him like that was a good play. How’s Taras look now, minus six figures on the session
When you showed the straddle hand with AK at 17:10, before I saw your cards, I could IMMEDIATELY tell from your body language (compared to all the other hands you showed prior) that you held a really strong hand. I would review that and change it up if I were you.
