Hyderabad | Spicy Nizami delicacies and old monuments!

- My first time in this city as an adult, I loved it! The food is super spicy and meaty and tasty- I am craving it already. We roamed around in the old city, through the old lanes of the chuddi bazaar and tried to imagine a time before us.. it really brings you to that time.
I hope this vlog sums up at least a little bit of what I experienced.
Thank you to Indian Express for inviting us to Hyderabad, the next vlog will show you everything they organized for us!
The best part about Hyderabad is the food and the way how harmoniously Muslims and Hindus of the city live together! These two qualities make Hyderabad one of the best cities of India.
@@viggtensen4293 Andhra tn are more harmonious in terms of religion
Bcz priority Is given to local culture not religion
Yes, I forgot to talk about the harmony but its so true!!
That was not always the case. It was NTR Sr who took strict actions and cleared all the factions.
Because we don't allow gobarbhakts and andhbhakts free ride....
Hindus are always harmonous and tolerable else you won’t see 5 times loudspeaker
Where is imtiyaz Ali. ? I didn't see him in the video. I just came because of him by seeing a thumbnail. What editing yaar !
I’m glad you loved Hyderabad 😭😭😭😭
Woohooo, your vlog came out! You should definitely post more often. Yayy!"♥️🙌
Hyderabadi food, environment, culture, anyone can come and settle here city of nawabs and Anna's #GANGA JAMUNA TEHZEEB
This one was quite special to watch as your visit to Antera eating avakaya and charu brought back memories of dining there with my friends in my hometown. (Charu / pachipulusu with khichdi and khichdi with Khatta are part of go-to Hyderabadi home comfort meals ). I’ve been loving your vlogs, centred around food which is exactly how we plan our time with friends. Thanks for sharing these with us, Ida and bringing back memories. ❤
im so glad!
@@idaali11you still in Hyderabad? U shud try ... Pista house ki zaffrani chai ... This is in the ' shah Ali Banda ' locality!!
@@Virgin_Buoy_69 I did try it, pista house in charminar’s zafrani chai. Not my fave though :(
@@idaali11 oh I thought you'd like it . Are you Mr Imtiaz Ali's daughter?
@@Virgin_Buoy_69That’s obvious.
Absolutely love your authenticity. Glad you had a good time in our Hyderabad. You're going to reach places, stay consistent Ida ❤️

I can resonate a lot to ur family story. Even my family came from Nishapur, Iran from one side and Nawab's of Delhi from another. Hyderabad is too beautiful... enjoy...

Love from Hyderabad Ida ali..
Probably the forth coming bestest directors of india as your father... 😁😍
Such a refreshing content ❤ I am a hyderabadi but sadly I am living far away from my beloved city.... Your video has the calm and soothing vibe opposite of chaotic old city 😅
It was a peaceful vlog wishing you a ton of luck
Lots of love from Hyderabad ❤️
landed on this randomly...was curious to see what one has to say about hyderabad food...am new to the city and exploring...leaving a comment due to wrong equivalence drawn between double ka meetha and shahi tukda! the two are quite different!
Wow, you were passing by the area where i live....hehehe
I am searched movies of imtiyaz Ali TH-cam showed me Ida Ali's vlog
And I am shocked 😲 that there is personal vlogs of imtiyaz so I clicked on it 😂

@@santoshkaate459 Imtiaz's hair wonderful😂😂😂
Mashallah you are so pretty. And I love your personality sweet and soft❤❤❤
girl were the same. 2nd season of bridgerton is it for me
SSA g 😊🙏💕 Interesting vlog. In medieval times, many Persian /Iranian and some Iraqi /Arabic families settled in Hyderabad and the Deccan region generally. Later, a number of Turkish families also settled there. In more recent times, they were mostly in the service of HH the Nizam Sahib .
PS- The "Bridgerton " series didn't impress me much at all, I'm afraid. I haven't read the book though.
The whole range of traditional Hyderabadi cuisine reflects an eclectic blend of South Asian and Central Asian and Middle Eastern influences and flavours .
Ida looks so much like her father. So beautiful ❤
so happy u came to hyderbad also plan to more south vlogs like Andhra Pradesh , Bangalore, chennai , kerala u will love it
Mouth Watering Food! One of the best place overall for nonveg I feel!🤤
Love your other videos as well btw
As someone from South Telangana/Andhra, I've always thought Hyderabadi roads are a mess and the food is subpar. Seeing people praise Hyderabad makes me wonder how bad other metro cities in India must be😅. I hope you visit more of South India.
If you want to try homely meals, Coastal Andhra has the best food, while Rayalaseema offers more spicy country food.
Don't miss visiting to charminar and Golconda fort is heart ❤️ of Hyderabad City
Love the way you talk. So calm, thehrayi. Very nice.
Very gorgeous vlog.
Try Fanooz Restaurant at lakdikapul when you visit next time .....food is authentic and ambience is vintage
Loved your style of vlogging...Subscribed..!!

Wonder why I feel hungry everytime I watch your vlogs😬
If you are huge foodie then you should definitely try the Jama Masjid area in Delhi. Don't go to Karim or Al jawahar rather there are places that specialise in certain things so try 1. Qureshi ke Kebab 2. Aslam ka butter chicken 3. Taufiq Biryani 4. Cool Point Shahi Tukda Combo
Hi you said it’s Tala goshth it’s actually tala hua gosht but seriously liked the way you showed Hyderabad, I am from Hyderabad

Definitely will be coming soon
Your response made my day- Ida.
Can’t wait to host you.
bro, am i the only one who missed the thumbnail?
The thing u mentioned made from the first milk of cow, I am assuming it’s made in many other parts of the country too. I know for one, in Himachal people consume it in the form what we locally call bouli … more like barfi but better, people who own cattles like buffalo or cow make it and distribute it to their family and friends too. I haven’t had it ever for the reasons as u said it’s the calf’s first meal. But people eat it guilt free and more like a celebration for the birth of the new born which implies the household will have its regular share of supply now that the calf is born. This was a sweet vlog of your experience in Hyderabad. Next time, buy some pearls too or take a tour to the pearl market 😅
In the market, readymade colostrum powder is available nowadays. Almost 99% of the restaurants use this to make junnu in hyderabad. Traditionally in AP/telangana the milkmen used to give the first milk of cow (after feeding the calf) to the neighbourhood for free. Junnu is made with this milk and considered healthy
Its made in Maharashtra too ! We call it Kharvas
❤❤
❤
Would Persia not b Iran ? For I thought you said Iraq.
Dear ida mam ,
You make very peaceful videos and Tell me, what you like - traveling or reading books in library ( you can't say both) . What is culture? #miniinterview ❤❤

will love to do projects, with the possibilities in the matter of content of context, or as in social connect.
Persia(Iran) and Iraq are different countries
@@RamMohammadJosephKaur Both states have history that extends for millennia into the past. Iran and Iraq share a long border (the longest border for both nations) and an ancient cultural and religious heritage. In ancient times Iraq formed part of the core of Persia (modern-day Iran) for about a thousand years.
Hyderabad is not only about food, biryani, haleem etc... Please don't portray Hyderabad like this...
Ate at shadab this week and, it was a huge let down. There was hardly any flavour or taste to it. I believe its much suited to the tastes of north Indians and foreign tourists. I believe Cafe bahar, shah ghouse and alpha are quite good.
@@infedelin I’ve had shah Ghouse too and I like both, shadab I found spicier. I guess it depends on the branch of shadab
5:10 It's "Talawa Gosh"
It's Mutton Roast on the menu, you can call it tala gosht (that's what my family calls it), tala Hua gosht, or talawa gosht like you call it
Mis leading thumbnail 💭🤔
Breezy video ❤
