Take away space disrupt timing by anticipation = defense. Anticipate throwing the pass to someone who's created space = offense. If you create space too early before the pass the defense catches up disrupting timing. Simultaneous arrival of pass and receiver is good timing
dear FIBA. When the coach is from the east block, you subtext in English, but when it is in English, you make us wait for the translator for half the time. just throw subtexts on it, and lets get the most info as possible!

How come youth players aren’t coached to screen properly anymore or encouraged to play man defense more consistently ?
Because I think limited practice time. These skills take time to develop, you will take a lot of Ls early on while teaching these skills of IQ

It's a fundamental system for you to think about basketball. The point is that you have to think it through yourself. Then you will have the ability to teach others. Obviously, you didn't get the point from the coach.
