What if the school isn't requesting for WES evaluation? Is it compulsory? For example, I'm currently applying to a school in US and they require just unofficial transcript for application. The official one is to be sent on admission, directly from my university. If I do WES evaluation, that means it'll be sent by them and not my uni, right?

It is not neccessary if the school does not require it and you do not have a low CGPA.

You can request for a reevaluation if you not satisfied. It should improve normally.
