Please suggest a diet for primary PV with JAK2 mutation. Is it possible to control cell production with controlled consumption of Alcohol with tolerable side effects?
If you treat the underlying condition (removal of EPO-producing tumor, no more intake of exogenous androgens, moving from high to lower altitude, stopping CO intoxication, etc.) then sure
My daughter is 6 years old she have chronic renal impairment stage 2 (60 ) and secondary polycythaemia with increased haemoglobin this is bee sense 2015 . She have done jak2 and exon 12 came negative . Haemoglobin doctor said he think is her kidney related and kidney doctor said is not :( no exams nothing is happen I am scared and my daughter gave a lot symptoms:(
