What i am scared of in this Lekki estate investment is flooding. The flooding is not as a result of natural course but man made. Water is there. Water ia natural and will rise in level when there is rain and reduce in level during the dry season. If water rises in level, it flows according to the topography of the land, and when there is a way for water it flows without causing flooding, but when you don't work on the land so that water flow away, there will be flooding. Most lands in Lekki, especially Ibeju Leki are such that investors buy land and sand fill just to have something to be built upon forgetting that land filling should be done in a way to make water flow. The consequences of this is that basins are created and when rain comes those basins created forms big bowl of water. Most of the land fills are like hollows. Imagine an estate in Ibeju Lekki, all the lands behind those estates along the main express road, lagos/epe road fall below the road surface level which is suppose to collect water from these lands. If the lands behind the properties along the road took their reference from the road, and are above the road level, water from them will flow into the drainages but in the absence of that, water will build up to a level when it can flow freely and by the many buildings would have been submerged into the rising water level.
Don't be sacred, even you're going out and coming in everyday is a risk but I assure you in Lifecard, we have put process structures in place and we will definitely not have this problem in any of our properties. Thank you.

I got a reply immediately that someone would get in touch with me, and if it takes too long, I should please call a number - which I did. No answer from this line and up till now, no getting in touch. The customer service is really not what I expected.
I got a reply back a day after I submitted an inquiry form on their website. 👍 I can give you the lady who reached out to me on WhatsApp if you want. 👍
