Wdym the shrine do nothing, it gives some perk buff, phantom pap cosmetic and one new attack smh

This is a random question but ive been looking for the way to have a "second phase", ive also seen the soul container and DT fragment items which i assume is needed to get it, so 1- how many DT frags
2- will it just show up in the crafting menu, or will i have to look for something special?

after clicking on items section, theres a "crafting" button, there you can craft artificial determined canister, it acts like a secondary stamina bar except it consumes ur hp

collect ts papyrus (actually just click on him ) on ruins, snowdin, waterfall, hotland and corridor, then open the ts shrine at snowdin. enter the purple portal, then walk to the statue and donate 1.5k for cosmetic phantom !
