Why during debates or Points of order, MPs say “honourable member” to some and “right honorable member “ to other MPs?
Blue River Crossing if I recall correctly, an MP is "right honourable" if he or she is a member of the Queen's Privy Council. These include the prime minister and the cabinet, the leader of the opposition and the shadow cabinet, and other ranking members.

They do it all the time, not just during Brexshit.
As an American I must go on record stating that I admire the British adherence to the rule of order. It allows opponents to discuss in a most civil manner any topic while showing respect toward your opponent. Often however the heat of the moment intervenes and one can forget to remain civil and polite thus an angry banter breaks out and chaos ensues. As Americans our beginning was not so civil nor polite, even today we have a leader who leads without civility or respect toward those with opposite view points. Huzzah to the British for remaining steadfast to rules that promotes a healthy discussion and actually pushes progress forward.

Please, can you make another one that will specifically explain whole House rules? Overall, it is really interesting to compare Common Law with Civil Law legal orders, about their own Parliaments' rules and customs as well.
