However there are places designated for "sky dumps" so you don't drop a deuce on the climbing route, or other climbers for that matter. Most big walls have a couple located along the climb, but sometimes you have to improvise your own!!

doesn't El Capitan take most climbers more than a day to do? if so it's even more that Alex honnold did it within about 3hrs, without ropes. I'm no expert on climbing but I can definitely appreciate how much intense work goes into it and the athleticism

KBNS Films you carry it in big bags called haul bags. You use a pulley system on a second rope called a haul line and use your body weight to raise the bag in short increments. It is a lot of work.
