Hello Corporal! I want you to know that I’m one of your trusty supporters and I salute you every time I watch one of your videos. After a bad car accident I’m paralyzed from the waist down but my handicap are the suicide pain in my back and legs. But after what you learned me many tips and tricks how to come back to the wilderness I have been out in the Norwegian woods fishing and building shelters every weekend since the middle of March. I ride my atv into the peaceful nature and for the first time in 12 years I really live again. This weekend my son, 16 years old build our own version of bushcraft bunk bed and it was fxxxing outstanding!!!!! Thank you so much Corporal! I tear up here I’m sitting.. sorry. But you don’t know how much that means to me. You have saved my life sir. I look up to you! I served in the kings guard here in Norway and loved it, so I know a thing or two about proudly wearing a uniform with my country’s flag on my shoulder to. Bush crafting has always been a love of mine and I was one of those you spoke about by way of limited exposure. I have upped my game tho, both as a survivalist & just the joy of bush crafting. The darn accident left my brain injured and I have had to relearn creative logic, and there my friend is where your videos have helped me. So thank you. I just need to learn or relearn and up to that task. Again, thank you for your Service from 7 generations of Service people on my mom’s side alone. A leader always shares knowledge; I did as a Officer as is my daughter who served 8 years in Navy Aviation and who is now a police officer. Your leadership skills are impressive and admirable. 🇺🇸

My Dad flew fighter aircraft in WW II, Korea and spent 18 months in Vietnam. I did not serve. For those who did, and those that do, thank you! Your sacrifice provides the liberty I enjoy now. I look forward to Sunday afternoons when your TH-cam arrives. This one was great with the covered fire pit, and how you extended your tarp for the gap in-between. I watch you, because unlike the others, you explain what and why you are doing a project, the how to of the knots you are using. Keep on filming and producing your videos.
Love your videos. I remember being a Boy Scout, and practicing my woodsman skills. As a disabled person these days I want to go back out there and see what I can get done. It's hard being disabled but I refuse to get old along with it. Wish me luck

I’m a proud RSL affiliate member, in respect of my grandfather’s Army service, the carer for my disabled son, is a former RAAF Sargent, and a true blue survivor. ANYONE who disrespects a veteran, in any way, should be ashamed!! Corporals corner, is the most reliable and trust worthy bush skills information on TH-cam. And think it don’t say it, with regards anything to do with someone else’s kids…soooo off limits!! Too personal.
Even though I'm a yank, and veteran, thanks to your Grandfather and Son for their service... and for yours as well for being your son's caregiver ! Too many people today have no shame, class ,or anything else of value. Cpl. Kelly used to have his son in some of these. Now I know why he stopped. Thanks CPL for your shared knowledge & your Service. I am retired now, from a car accident, and if I could I would support your channel. Bush crafting has always been a love of mine and I was one of those you spoke about by way of limited exposure. I have upped my game tho, both as a survivalist & just the joy of bush crafting. The darn accident left my brain injured and I have had to relearn creative logic, and there my friend is where your videos have helped me. So thank you. I just need to learn or relearn and up to that task.

Shawn, as a long time subscriber, I have appreciated all of the videos and knowledge and skills that you have shared, it has made me a better “Bushcrafter”. I have taken that knowledge and skills and shared them with my friends (giving credit where credit is due of course). As far as the rant, I personally feel that it needed to be said, and I appreciate the fact that you took the time to share it with me as well as your subscribers. Don’t let the trolls and haters occupy anymore of your headspace, your subscribers and fans will see them for who they are and always support you 150%. My Dad flew fighter aircraft in WW II, Korea and spent 18 months in Vietnam. I did not serve. For those who did, and those that do, thank you! Your sacrifice provides the liberty I enjoy now. So, to you, corporal, specifically thank you for your service. And, thank you for all the videos you post. Some of the skills you teach I already have, many I do not. I quote you "one is none, two is one and three is ready to go", the more training, the more skills I acquire makes me ready to go! So, thank you again for your videos!

Don't let the trolls or anyone else get under your skin, ever! Most I have learned, through the years, are petty basement dwellers that have never done anything for anyone but themselves. They have never stood up for something as important enough to put their own lives on the line, to stand and take the challenge of, giving their all if asked. Those of us that have, didn't do it for thanks, recognition, or even acknowledgement. We did it because we were asked, or told, because we volunteered, because we felt a duty. A pride to know that we personally took a part, however large or small, to say, we will defend our country, no matter the cost. Stand proud Corporal, You my friend, have earned it. As someone who served in the Canadian Army for 9 years, I respect all military veterans, whether they were corporals or colonels. I've known my fair share of both. Your videos are excellent. Ignore the idiots and do your thing.
