I am your favorite Unfavorable Gamer and Welcome to your how to find Ironstone guide in Conan Exiles. In this video I show the easiest location for beginners to find and harvest ironstone so that you can make iron bars, iron tools, armor that requires iron and iron weapons in Conan Exiles. You will also need this to make more advanced items in the game as you will need iron reinforcements too. LETS PLAY CONAN EXILES. Let me know what you think in the comments below. For what its worth, you can make a tent and unlock it before running out into the desert in regards to sandstorms as of the latest patch. IDK if tents were a thing back in 2019 april's conan exiles game (shrugs).

@@UnfavorableGamer Can You find Out if You can for sure, because I don't want to be disappointed if I can't. I'd rather know now or if you can find someone who plays Xbox One Console Offline ask them to make a Video showing how to do it.
Btw if u do die on the rocky part from falling and running out of stamina right before you fall from having no stamina press triangle to release and as your falling grab on to the wall and you will slide and it will slow you down so you will take less damage

Amazing video! I looked at a few maps and tried reaching iron heavy spots before but got torn up by all manner of beast. The safe route is great and such a relief listening to someone who talks so calmly. Easy subscribe.
I still haven't seen tents but recently I've been carrying 4 walls, 1 ceiling, 1 foundation, while heavy it has saved my life more than once in a sandstorm.
I was gonna rush my saddle for horse but after seeing those numbers I'll be getting iron pick first thanks a ton excited to check out more of your content!

P.S. in case it helps anyone else, I just looked up tents and they are a level 23 unlock. 22 1/2 here is why I haven't unlocked. Gonna grind that now before I head out on this iron journey.

I got just inside village, swam in water and was attacked by 4 men with spears. Real friendly lol

Theres a certain part in the village were theres thugs that will attack

@@UnfavorableGamer Lvl 12 and my settlement is a few hundred yards further down the river so i had to improvise a bit. All i needed was Enough food and water like you described. Great vid!

whenever I go into the friendly city..most people are friendly, but some people chase and attack me even though I didn't do anything:( would you happen to know why? my religion is mitra. and I was thinking that might be why. It said something about the people chasing me being set
Hmm, I've not experienced that before. That sounds odd. I'll see if I can find anything on it.
@@UnfavorableGamer something else to add; if I let the people chasing me hit me infront of a guard, they join in on attacking me. I tried this thinking the guards would help me out. I'm playing on single player

I also found that you get more iron and less stone using a hatchet instead
Hmmm, I've not tested that. Is it giving you the same amount of iron per hit though? Like say the pickaxe givea you +5, is the hatchet giving +5 too?

@@ruestahl2309 Either you have to hold down the A button or the A button and left joystick down. It's in those 2 buttons somehow.

I am a beginner (literally started the game today). Went there with little to no problem, farmed some iron, got home safe. Next run, even before getting there, I found some small iron spots too, so I'll swap between small spots and the big iron farm to let them respawn and save myself some long travel. Have not died a single time either, and I played all day long.
