Thanks for the entertainment! Glad you lets us know about your interns. Often wonder what happened to them . I had asked Carson and Jase at the San Antonio Rodeo booth you have about Gabe. Hadn’t seen him in awhile. Just making small talk with super stars! Lol Have a great day!
Your intern program is great. I apprenticed on horse ranches throughout my early 20s, though I’m in a different industry now, I learned so many skills & life lessons during that time I’ll never forget!
Most college students want to be 21 so they can drink, I want to be 21 so I can be an intern and learn the ranch life. (and maybe bull ride it looks SO fun!!) This looks like a perfect opportunity for me to learn so one day in the future I can help my uncle and mother when they'll have to take over my grandparent's farm. Awesome video! 🤍
You need to consider a more mature option, like me. I worked my family's ranches in Kaufman, Coryell, Scurry, and Cherokee Counties, Texas. I rode barebacks and bulls in high school, specialized in bareback at Texas A&M, and started hitting the circuit while in college. Like JB, I broke my neck , but for me, I was only 21 and in my prime. That was in 1975, and I think I've healed enough to start training for a come back. What do you say?
if i knew about you years ago id have done anything to intern there, to many bills and responsibilities to drop everything to intern as much as id love to because it would be something id love to do and give me a easy excuse to move to texas
I believe that Donnie D is the best GD intern that ever crossed the threshold of Radiator Ranch, with Jordan Halvorsen running a close second, and Cole is good for a long third ..
That’s how it goes as far as pay. In a past life I was happy to have my entry fees covered and something to eat. Going down the road with a company setting arenas, feeding, sorting, doctoring, tipping and branding, as I was around a while loading up a 32’ gooseneck with bucking bulls and ramrodding shows, flanking and running the chutes and collecting pay for the boss. I was trusted with big responsibilities and had just turned 18 at the time. I was a pimple faced kid when I came around and left with confidence, life skills, work ethic and perseverance that helped me in every aspect of my life. I was adopted into a family and treated like a son, taught to be a hand and never quit. I eventually moved on to other things but never forgot what I learned. I would recommend the experience, not just to get on bulls and horses, even if you don’t become a rodeo star you will become a better person. When I retire in a year I will come down and work for you to get in shape and recenter, I am a cheap date just buy me dinner and give me a piece of floor to sleep on.
I saw where Willie made a career move by goin to work for Tucker at the world renowned R.A.Brown ranch. A ranch known for the cattle they produce and a horse program that rivals any remuda! Quite a move for Sticky Willie!

I was a fan of Wesley funny dude, chipper in all the videos. Also, my 2 year old loves watching Rodeo Time. She wants to ride bulls already !
The fact they didn’t edit willie coming out of the box shooting Roman candles and doing an ending scene like in young guns was a missed opportunity
