I tried smoking rabbit in an offset smoker along with some chickens. It's true. The meat is very lean and the additional fat may help. I'll try the next one with butter and herbs. Thanks for this video!
Hey Jeffrey sorry for the late response. Adding fat will definitely make a difference. I just did another set of bunnies that I injected the melted compound butter directly into the meat. I will never look back! Thanks for watching, too! -Al

In south East Asia rabbit is actually a common food there! I've been traveling to south East Asia and find a lot of a good place for some unique food
