I couldn’t agree with you more! I was a DIO fan first before others that followed that I listened to after hearing him, his voice and music was hard to match from other bands that tried to cover him! These kids knocked it out of the park! I am willing to bet they will come out with their own music that resonates with the hard rock sounds of yesterday instead of this crap they call music today! I will def keep an 👀 for their original stuff!

I love this ... One of the first public LILIAC performances I saw ... More than just a few times!! ... This video is when I first heard of LILIAC (and I later heard the story of how the Cristea family got it's name!, after hearing about 'The Godfather of heavy metal', Ozzy Osbourne himself bit off a bat's head (a long, and old story, no time to get into that here) onstage, someone asked them how you say 'bat' in Hungarian (where Florin Cristea, and his wife are from) ... And they replied 'Liliac'
Sad thing is that none of those judges and prob 90% or more of the crowd hasn’t got a clue about this song or the legend that sang it. Judging by the look on Corden’s face at 1:43 he’s probably never listened to anything harder than Wham. Sounded great !! Awesome job !!
Exactly! I was shocked when someone replied above that they felt the band "played it safe" by performing such a "well known song". My comment was exactly the same thing Frank said! Although Dio was a giant in the hard rock and metal arena, outside of that, no one would have known who he is or any of his music.The only real metal legend who is really known, that I can think of, is Lemmy from Motorhead and the song Ace Of Spades, for it's heaviness and the way he sings into the mic.

Saw them at the warehouse in Houston and they blew the roof off of the place. Will be seeing them again in June. They are a great bunch of kids who are great to their fans.

They are so good. Vixen, Lita Ford, Pat Benatar all rockers love them! Krokus, Accept, Judas Priest. There is so many. I saw Kiss twice. Slaughter, Dokken, tons and tons of concerts. The 80s were the best.

I love this band. They have a kind of passion when they are playing that you can just feel with every fiber. Reminds me so much of like a guns and roses from live at the ritz. Guns and roses is my favorite band and this band is my second favorite. The singer gets into it like Axl Rose. Just an absolute rockstar.

They are so good. Vixen, Lita Ford, Pat Benatar all rockers love them! Krokus, Accept, Judas Priest. There is so many. I saw Kiss twice. Slaughter, Dokken, tons and tons of concerts. The 80s were the best.

I love this band. They have a kind of passion when they are playing that you can just feel with every fiber. Reminds me so much of like a guns and roses from live at the ritz. Guns and roses is my favorite band and this band is my second favorite. The singer gets into it like Axl Rose. Just an absolute rockstar.
