+Justin Rios Don't think Last Jedi will be there, well if you watch normally Jeremy reviews you will know that WILL NOT BE THERE, soo please, i know is mainstream to hate on popular movies.
Blade runner was soooo boring omfg. Jesus fucking christ. They had so much time to develop the world but instead we get holograms and dark ugly colors. On top of all that the pacing of the movie is terrible. For a movie that is 2 hours and half they do nothing special with it. Every scene in this movie felt like the start of a movie. Mostly boring but sets up for an interesting premise. A premise that they stretch out to the point where you just don't care anymore. Had to stop watching by the two hour mark. No movie can justify being that boring for that long.
Wind River is my favorite film of the year. Just amazing. It sucks that it's being overlooked now at awards season because it deserves nominations. Jeremy Renner is incredible and completely Oscar-worthy.
Logan. That trailer legitimately gave me goosebumps and made me cry in under 2 minutes. Fantastic movie definitely deserves to be the best movie this year.!

My list is VERY different from Jeremy’s. 1. Blade Runner 2049 2.The Shape Of Water 3. Phantom Thread 4. Dunkirk 5. Lady Bird 6. Call Me By Your Name 7. Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri 8. The Disaster Artist 9. The Post 10. Good Time Honorable Mentions: Logan Molly’s Game It Coco Logan Lucky Thor: Ragnarok The Florida Project Baby Driver Get Out
My top movie this year was Dunkirk, does anyone agree with me? It was a 2 hour heart attack with sensational acting. I have seen it so many times and never gotten bored, it is just amazing
Wind River Get Out Blade Runner 2049 Baby Driver Mother War For The Planet Of The Apes Spiderman Homecoming IT The Disaster Artist Logan You're welcome
My list 10. The Last Jedi 9. It 8. Megan Leavey 7. The Lego Batman Movie 6. Thor Ragnarok 5. Spiderman Homecoming 4. Wonder Woman 3. War for the Planet of the Apes 2. Logan 1. Blade Runner 2049
I’m assuming that you haven’t seen Three Billboards Outside Ebbing Missouri cause otherwise it most certainly would be on this list. This movie was barely advertised but it is one of the best of the year by far. It also includes an amazing performance from Sam Rockwell one of the most underrated actors of our time.
My list: 1. IT (2017) 2. Get Out 3. Logan 4. The LEGO Batman Movie 5. Split 6. Spider-Man: Homecoming 7. Blade Runner 2049 8. The Disaster Artist 9. Baby Driver 10. Star Wars: The Last Jedi
Oskari Häkkinen 2016 has two of my favorites of all time (la la land and sing street), so it’s a little more special to me. But yes a great year indeed
My list, 1. Logan (made me cry) 2. War for the planet of the Apes (almost made me cry) 3. Dunkirk 4. Blade Runner 2049 5. Baby Driver 6. IT 7. Get Out 8. Guardians of the Galaxy Part 2 9. Three Billboards 10. The Disaster Artist
My list :P 1. Logan 2. Thor Ragnarok 3. Baby Driver 4. Spider-man Homecoming 5. Dunkirk 6. Get out 7. Wonder Woman 8. Coco 9. It 10. War for the Planet of the Apes (I know I know, why is Thor so high?, well I really loved and enjoyed every moment of this film that more should have than I should have _-_)
Golden Leperds eh, as much as I loved Gaurdains 2, enjoyed Spiderman and Thor a bit more. Glad you loved Guardians tho, seen small amount of people liking it
Instead of listing my favorites, here are some of the most underrated movies of the year that deserve more attention: 1. A Ghost Story 2. Good Time 3. Brigsby Bear 4. Ingrid Goes West 5. Brawl in Cell Block 99 6. I Don’t Feel at Home in This World Anymore 7. The Florida Project 8. Columbus 9. Raw 10. The Killing of a Sacred Deer
1. The Disaster Artist 2. Logan 3. Get Out 4. IT 5. Baby Driver 6. Star Wars The Last Jedi 7. John Wick Chapter 2 8. War for the Planet of the Apes 9. Darkest Hour 10. Split
1. Spider-Homecoming 2. Logan 3. KingsMan the Golden Circle 4. Thor Ragnorak 5. War for the Planet of The Apes 6.Tramsformers the last Knight 7. Guardians of the Galaxy 2 8. Baby Driver 9. Justice League 10. Star wars last jedi
Brandon Alessio i know. But i like fun movies and Transformers and Justice League were pretty fun. Not good. But fun. Idk why i put star wars. I just couldn't really think of another movie tbh. It wasn't too too bad tho tbh
Max Messmer Transformers was a fun movie for a pretty shitty year. But i do personally love the Kingsman Franchise. It was really hit or miss for everyone but in my opinion i found it enjoyable and pretty damn fulfilling as a sequel
10. Baby Driver 9. The Big Sick 8. Detroit 7. The Beguiled 6. The Shape of Water 5. Logan Lucky (extremely underrated!!) 4. Get Out 3. Molly's Game 2. Lady Bird 1. Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri Great list Jeremy! Look forward to these every year!
10. Get Out/Wonder Woman 9. Split 8. Star Wars: The Last Jedi 7. Blade Runner 2049 6. Thor: Ragnarok 5. Coco 4. War for the Planet of the Apes 3. The Disaster Artist 2. Baby Driver 1. Logan Honorable Mentions: John Wick Ch. 2 Spider-Man: Homecoming IT Dunkirk
ClearSky Productions I couldn’t leave either of them off the list. If I HAD to choose only one movie at the #10 list, it’d probably be Get Out, but I love them both the same
My Top 10: 10. Call Me by Your Name- Really good and really emotional. 9. War for the Planet of the Apes- A great way to finish Cesar's story. 8. Coco- Disney at their best again. 7. It- One of the best horror films in years. 6. Dunkirk- This film really split people, but I loved it (but than again I do love war films). 5. Get Out- Amazing performances, amazing story and a lot of twists and turns. 4. Baby Driver- I liked this movie when I first saw it, but I did think it would be this high. As I looked back to make this list I realised I loved it. 3. The Disaster Artist- Never seen the Room, but I loved this. Because James Franco. 2. Star Wars: The Last Jedi- It's Star Wars. 1. Logan- Nothing else come close.
It's so good to see someone praise the Last Jedi this much. I loved it more than any other Star Wars film, but for some reason, everyone else hated it.
Leia in space scene might be the worst scene I’ve ever seen in cinematic history. I realize I’m watching a movie about space ninjas with laser swords but bro even in Star Wars people can’t survive being SHOT BY LASER MISSILE and then THRUST INTO FUCKING SPACE. FUCKING SPACE There’s no movie I hate more that The Last Jedi, just made me hate a franchise I adored as a kid
I am glad you included Logan as the best movie of 2017. It's definitely one of the best movies this year. I am also glad you didn't include Wonder Woman since it's painfully overrated.
You left out Thor:Ragnarok, Dunkirk, John Wick:Chapter 2, The Shape of Water, Kong:Skull Island, The Lego Batman Movie, American Made, The Big Sick You should've done an honorable mentions bit highlighting these movies.
Here's my 2017 Movies Top 10: 1. Beauty and the Beast - Live Action 2. Coco 3. Wonder Woman 4. Star Wars: The Last Jedi 5. Captain Underpants: The First Epic Movie 6. Logan 7. It 8. Justice League 9. War for the Planet of the Apes 10. Kingsman: The Golden Circle
Jeremy, The Room is in theaters nationwide on January 10th.
Everybody please give this comment thumbs up so Jeremy doesn't miss it.

One of his favorite movies that he saw THIS year. Even though it doesn't officially release til January, he still saw it in 2017.
Kevin Spacey saying "I'm blinded by the balls on that kid" in baby driver has an entirely different meaning now...

Lol oh no

Ahahah, horrible comment, dude :D

And while they are horrific it shouldn't degrade the art that he was involved in because it's not their fault he's a pervert. anyways thanks jeremy
For the record, Allegations are not facts. There's no proof Kevin Spacey did anything wrong.
Those allegations were never proven
+codafett
He literally admitted he did something wrong and went to rehab for it?....
Andy Johnson i thought he said he didnt remember if he did it.
Dope
He said he apologized if he did it and then went to rehab... do people who don’t do the things they’re accused of go to rehab?
It was also common knowledge in Hollywood based on many accounts that he did these things. I think it would be ignorant to intentionally not believe these allegations.

moviemaster marco spoilers? Very mean of you
moviemaster marco and rightfully so. It was fucking awful lol.
moviemaster marco which is funny because the last Jedi is my favorite Star Wars movies of the new regime. But I could tell from Jeremy's review that it wasn't his.

This is the top-comment!... Also, same :)
Logan was the best and deserves oscars
Zer0dog that’s what sucks but it honestly should win
Best Movie? Not impossible, but unlikely.
If there's one Oscar I think Logan would definitely be up for, is Best Supporting Actor.
Chanero what about Hugh? His performance was amazing
Considering it had garbage villains, not much substance, and a nonsensical plot about an indestructible metal causing metal poisoning ...
Far from best CBM (which was WW), let alone better than Shape of Water, Call Me By Your Name, Get Out, etc)

They would probably do what they're doing in his new movie- replace him with another actor and reshoot his scenes.

Personally I thought Get Out was the best of the year and literally one of my favourite movies EVERRRR. Great list, Jeremy!
Lady bird, Wonder Woman, It, Guardians of the Galaxy 2, Dunkirk, & Call me by your name were some of my favorites!
Allie Star Movie about Gay dudes .. and average superhero movie about feminism ...U have shit taste dude
Wonder Woman was not terrible, but is soooooooooooo overrated, it’s really only an average superhero flick, I’d rather watch Thor, also an average movie. Point being, Wonder Woman is not a good movie.
brawl in the cell block 99 is awesome too
Dunkirk was boring for me. Not enough character development
I hated Dunkirk
Logan FTW! :D

What?
I found his content because of my brother Chris

from his review I got the sense that he didn't like it as much as the first one. I liked it more than the first personally
Sam Sheth Same, rotten tomatoes also agrees! I think the first one had 86 or something and the second one was, I think 92.
GEMINIVice1 that was my #1 movie this year. then again i haven't watched all the movies i wanted
GEMINIVice1 or at least an honorable mention 😔

Wind river is excellent. Taylor Sheridan is a great writer
He absolutely is, but i wish it would've been better if someone else directed the movie, like David Mackenzie, Hell or high water is amazing....
Oscar nominations for sure.
Kwijiboz I can’t wait to see what else he does, should’ve got a best screenplay and director nomination for Wind River
My number 1 as well. Have not seen Disaster Artist or Mother though.
Saw Three Billbaords and loved it! Sam Rockwell did fantastic. Have you seen Shape of Water? It's so so so good as well.

I was crossing my fingers through the whole video hoping Logan would be #1 and man, do I agree with that choice.
This was a ridiciously good year for movies.
Oskari Häkkinen no
Oskari Häkkinen 2016 has two of my favorites of all time (la la land and sing street), so it’s a little more special to me. But yes a great year indeed
Oskari Häkkinen next year will be better
Cristian Marin If we go with blockbusters...I doubt that.
Max Messmer To be fair, every year has total stinkers.
Every year this is what I live for
1. War for the Planet of the Apes

(I know I know, why is Thor so high?, well I really loved and enjoyed every moment of this film that more should have than I should have _-_)
We pretty much have the same list except I agree that I like Thor better then Logan.
big mike Wow I was originally ganna put Thor as 1st place, but changed it at the last minute 😂
Lol, before he said his #1 pick I said to myself "Logan" and once he said it I was like "YEAHHH!"
completely disagree, guardians 2 was much better than spiderman and thor imo
Golden Leperds eh, as much as I loved Gaurdains 2, enjoyed Spiderman and Thor a bit more. Glad you loved Guardians tho, seen small amount of people liking it
Instead of listing my favorites, here are some of the most underrated movies of the year that deserve more attention:
1. A Ghost Story
2. Good Time
3. Brigsby Bear
4. Ingrid Goes West
5. Brawl in Cell Block 99
6. I Don’t Feel at Home in This World Anymore
7. The Florida Project
8. Columbus
9. Raw
10. The Killing of a Sacred Deer
DragonIsle A Ghost Story is fantastic. The pie scene may sound like a joke when described out of context, but damn was it heartbreaking.
Dan Saillant Yes, I agree 100%. The ending part when the song started playing was the scene that broke my heart.
brigsby bear was one of my favs from this year!!
Duaa Malik Brigsby is also one of my favorites! It’s a lot more dramatic than it seems, and I loved the direction they took.
Damn, blade runner 2049 also..
I love Star Wars, but seriously thank you for not putting The Last Jedi, Movie was so disappointing.

It feals like yesterday the 2016 list came out,and my phone was only 2 days with me at the time.don't mind me,nostalgia is kicking my ass lately:\
Marijan Vukojević you must have some strong case of nostalgia if you're already reminiscing about last year.
Irldickhead s not really.more like a cliche case of "where did 2017 go?
Marijan Vukojević fuck 2017 but its was a good year for movies ill admit
same. and was it already a year ago we waited for the "worst movies" list?
time flies.
Marijan Vukojević ii
Logan turned out to be the greatest superhero movie ever made

Alex McBride thanks man
Brandon Alessio i know.
Solid list, haven't seen some of these movies, but I'll check them out.
So happy mother! made the list! Definitely my number 1 this year and I'm glad one of my favorite reviewers also appreciated it! Great video :)
Talia Staden Brilliant, horrifying film.

Great list Jeremy! Look forward to these every year!
I agree with your list except that I would place Get Out higher and ad Coco as an honorable mention
I think that SPLIT would also be a good honorable mention
Daniel Minyard true
I think it's safe to say 2018 is going to be a pretty good year for movies as well.
- KingKingman01 - pumped for infinite war ;)
Brian Garland who isn't
Death Cure FTW!
WyddyBomb (X) doubt

You can't put more than one in a slot that's cheating.
ClearSky Productions I couldn’t leave either of them off the list. If I HAD to choose only one movie at the #10 list, it’d probably be Get Out, but I love them both the same
YES! LOGAN #1
These comments are absolutely cancerous.
Puffer Fish Bricks 50% are "so glad Star Wars isn't on here." We get it, you weren't a fan of this direction. Others were. Move on with your life.
I never said anything about Star Wars, dude.
Puffer Fish Bricks Okay? I'm saying that adds to the cancer
This comment is cancer
ah, ok.
My Top 10:
*ThankYouEdge1992*
Man, do I agree with #1.
FUCKING
SPACE
There’s no movie I hate more that The Last Jedi, just made me hate a franchise I adored as a kid
I am glad you included Logan as the best movie of 2017. It's definitely one of the best movies this year. I am also glad you didn't include Wonder Woman since it's painfully overrated.
Wind River was the best movie of the year by far.
Shirubain I agree and I can relate to the movie
My best movie is still probably Schindlers List.
Hey reporting from the future guess what he’s in a Deadpool movie!
Blade Runner is my #1
Cameren Ceniceros same as me
Cameren Ceniceros same
Yup, mine too
Cameren Ceniceros Same
Cameren Ceniceros same for me
You left out Thor:Ragnarok, Dunkirk, John Wick:Chapter 2, The Shape of Water, Kong:Skull Island, The Lego Batman Movie, American Made, The Big Sick
You should've done an honorable mentions bit highlighting these movies.
Rishabh Singh john wick chapter 2 was great but kong skull island? :/ (well its your opinion no judging)
All opinion based. Though I do think he should have gave honorable mentions to some of those you listed
Logan was my favorite film of 2017.
So weird watching this in 2024
Here's my 2017 Movies Top 10:
1. Beauty and the Beast - Live Action
2. Coco
3. Wonder Woman
4. Star Wars: The Last Jedi
5. Captain Underpants: The First Epic Movie
6. Logan
7. It
8. Justice League
9. War for the Planet of the Apes
10. Kingsman: The Golden Circle
I LOVED Captain Underpants! Really underrated and irreverent! I hope the Oscars recognize it in best animated movie
Myron my 6 year old little brother agrees with this list.
I agree. I'm a huge fan of the Novels too.
That's good to know.
Seen 8/10! Well that's good for me lol
I haven't seen 5/10.
Max Messmer, do you know what blockbuster means?
2/10 lol
I’ve seen all of them lmao
Saw 7/10
Logan was my favorite movie 2017 as well high five 👋 😃
MARVEL AYJ same
MARVEL AYJ same
MARVEL AYJ because Logan is better than that Disney mcu garbage.. I’m not watching a wolverine in the mcu. They’ll turn the character into a joke
Wait, I'm confused. I just rewatched this again, and didn't you put CHiPs as your number one movie of 2017?
Ryan Song no that's number 1 on worst
Logan the movie that came out on my birthday March 3rd was his number 1 choice
Chips was #6 of his worst list. Number one of his best list is Logan
