My hats off to you guys that don’t have in ground irrigation. That’s a lot of work. 😎🌴

Good vid. I have a small lawn, total 2200 sf and I ran rotor heads as you did for an underground set up. I even have 2 Melnor 4 port timers as well. When I dug my trench I drenched the lawn first and then used a garden spade shovel to make cuts in a straight line in the lawn then went along that line rocking the shovel back and forth until I made an 8" V shaped crevice. Came out great. I also connected back flow preventers on the 4 outlet ports of the timer for good measure. Works great. I live up north so have to bring timer indoors in the fall but I probably saved thousands of $.

This is exactly what I was looking for! Planning to do a multi zone like this. (Btw; you're cute as a bug)

Nice job. If only I didn't have rock hard clay soil, this would be much easier to do.

      Easier, but not impossible! 😀

How any sprinklers do you think you would be able to put on the 50' hose? Would 2 sprinklers work with the garden faicet psi?

That's was a great idea and not much work if it's done one at a time over a period of time. My only concern, would the pipe freeze and burst over winter?

Not if there is only air in the pipe :)
