Snorkel is one of the ORIGINAL brands for man lifts.....as kids we called those fire trucks with lifts "Snorkel" trucks if you remember.... that was the Snorkel brand
I will admit I perked right up with the mixer segment , I was a mixer driver 21 yrs and always knew there was room in the business for smaller units. If I was younger I would start a business with one of these . You could recoup your investment but like you always say ,you have to hustle and put the time in to succeed ! The key is to have the capability to load your own materials to maximize your profit although you could use bag mix too ,you would have to be able to handle pallets of bag mix to do the jobs . Don’t forget a water supply to mix ,then clean your equipment when your done. You know what happens to tools that don’t get cleaned .I would climb inside my mixer with a 3 pound hammer a couple times a summer to pop dry concrete off the back side of the fins . That was easier than a jackhammer after the season was over . Good job Stan !
Great equipment and a cool video. I'm not a big gotta buy USA guy, but made in or built in America means manufactured HERE in the USA! Assembled in America means put together here. You were very gracious when faced with that BS.
Hello Stan! im 14 years old, starting a lawn care business. Right now i got 1 costumer where im cutting every week. another costumer i have cut for, and were figuring out soon how often he wants to get his grass cut, hes thinking every 2 weeks but ye. the mower is a lawn tractor which my dad bought 9 years ago, sold it to our neighbor 5 years ago, around 1,5 months ago i got it for FREE. it couldn't start. bought a new battery for it, started right up. changed the air filter, spark plug, oil(new fresh oil made it run MUCH better) i bought a led light, horn, voltmeter, blitz/rotor light. the voltmeter is on the lawn tractor but isn't connected to the battery. My dad's dad was a mechanic(he isn't here anymore sadly 😢) and my dad owns a ventialion installing business with his brother, and 2 others. He also owns a pretty big business property( i think he started the business about 3 years ago, around that) he got a avant 220(mini loader), which is very cool and i have been on it before its very good for small tasks. My dad's has also been a blacksmith. My point is he knows how to do alot of stuff well. He said he will also help me make a front bumper for my lawn tractor to protect it, me, and the led light. Soon we'll be making a small buggy trailer(it's width isn't more than the width of the lawn tractor.) We will make it costum so there can just fit 1-2 wheel barrels, and then racks on the side for my other equipment which is Stihl km131 Stihl km trimmer Stihl km edger Stihl km blower Stihl km brush Soon getting stihl km cultivator. + hand held tools like a shovel, spade, brush, leaf rake, rake etc. What is your best tips for me getting a good start, getting and keeping costumers? a 17 year old guy from my school who got a brushcutting and tree removal business( brush cutter and chainsaw) told me to always leave the job done, thats obvious tho and sometimes do something small for free. like if someone paying me 20$ to mow their lawn, maybe trim something for free, use 5-10 minutes doing that so they will be more likely to keep having me do work. I Really love your videoes and i think you know very much and got a lot of knowledge. i know you said in a video that mowing lawns is the worst way to make money, but i enjoy it, its fun and all. but it might not be the worst way to make money if i also offer other things, which i will.(just starting out now, only mowed 1 time for my costumer i'll be cutting every week. and 2 times for the other costumer. so yeah, but if i offer other things like hedgetrimming edging, blowing, brushcutting etc. i could make maybe 100-200$ for one task/lawn. Cheers, and waiting for a reply. 😁👍
Its funny i watch these with enthusiasm, even though there is zero chance i buy anything in these videos. Its still cool to see whats out there. On a different note, that shirt is awesome 👍
Kind of interesting how people grow up on different sides of the United States and think that stuff we know is common and stuff that you know is common to you and I don't even know. I work with extreme and snorkel equipment a lot in fact I actually worked for BZI and yes that trackzilla 50100 is massive every time I see it I'm just stunned and I do not dare go up in that snorkel 210
We had a Snorkel boom lift and some scissor lifts the controllers were Garbage especially on the zoom lift always malfunctioning big waste on man power hrs. Id recommend other brands like Genie lifts. The forklifts seem ok however JCB and Cat are very good
Xtreme telehandlers are some really nice machines I rented one back in December from a local family owned equipment rental company and those machines are top notch.
The boat is sick. We use Stanley diamond plate aluminum boats here for the cottage in Muskoka. Would be better if it fit a machine like a barge would and have a crane for water work like pulling sunk machines and whatnot. Perfect small business boat.
My boss has a gravel mine that’s underwater. well, not a gravel line but a sand plant and we use a rotary dredge and we bought one of those silverbacks with a diesel on it. It was the first round of diesels and they didn’t start the new ones start a lot better there a lot more expensive but it sounds funny. It’s got a lot of thrust.
Stan, the mixer is ghosted. I was thinking Daniel Brandon isn't real and along with all your conspiracy theories lately had me thinking you are not real. But with a little effort I got ahold of Mr. Brandon. Good Video, jut a little too much on the lifts. Even your above average follower couldn't afford 15minutes of fuel for a 200ft lift let along the insurance, you missed asking the price point on them. Keep'em coming...
Watching this video reminds me when I was a kid and the parents would say hey we're going to the toy store you can only pick out one and you go to the toy store and your parents are poor so you're poor and you don't know that and you say I want that one and they go but wouldn't you like this one no I'm pretty sure I like that one because it doesn't come with a Kung Fu grip it comes with a bone crushing grappler
4:9 Dear person in front of me, I hope you know the only true God and do not let anyone fool you up, he is clearly mentioned in John 17:3. with respect, the person behind you.

Personally, 210 feet in the air and a snorkel lift. I will definitely pass that is way up there but if you need it they make it.
Great equipment and a cool video.

I love the mixer concept. Love the boat but would never own one. Poor Julie - she was uninformed for your questions.😞
Yep she definitely wasn't ready for that kind of inquisition
Love the shirt Stan!

Stanley, I love these type videos, is there any way to microphone the people you're talking with? The background noise 😮
I can see you doing a retaining wall, with that boat.
I can't wait for part 2 a Kioti Skidsteer man is that a game changer. I have heard there compact tractors are great 😊 BUT WAIT THERES MORE 😂

You can use off road diesel in that diesel out board…
We had a Snorkel boom lift and some scissor lifts the controllers were Garbage especially on the zoom lift always malfunctioning big waste on man power hrs. Id recommend other brands like Genie lifts. The forklifts seem ok however JCB and Cat are very good
Nice one Stan. 👍👍🏴🏴
Thanks man!
Xtreme telehandlers are some really nice machines I rented one back in December from a local family owned equipment rental company and those machines are top notch.
Good to know 🙌
Please do a video on Kioti tractors and skid steers. i own a tractor and love it.

Like your thinking 👌
4:44 lol no need for mics just tell em speak louder 😂😂😂
How do we get one of those shirts?
That Silverback Boat puts my Lowes Jon-boat to shame for ANY wet work on lakes and ponds. Ive already requested a price from them!
👍👍👍

I wonder what the theoretical limit is on the height for the Snorkel type lift? 300’?

That concrete ready mixer is brilliant
Agreed
64k for sharp grade seems a bit over priced.
not really for what your getting
@@defy2598 well I would agree if you didn’t need a machine to run it. Self propelled then yes. Great deal.
I might be wrong, but i think he said 64k included the gps system, which if it does that sounds about right unfortunately
@@jeffwheeler4693 agreed. I guess I missed that.
Assembled in America
🙌
Of more people cared about the AMERICAN workers like you do, we would be better off.
Does the construction boat come with rod holders….opps I mean shovel holders?
Julie also doesn’t care
Stan you are at your best with these types of video's, The pacing and editing add so much excitement.
Glad you like em thanks man
Where's a link to that diesal engine
Need the boat to weed-eat around ponds and lakes
ST Ani double dog, dare you to go to 110 feet in that with Julie that's snorkel.❤❤😮😮😮😮😮😮😮❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
