After fixing all the bugs, reworking the level designs and reintroducing the class system, the game is now decent.

They made the game alot better, it was so broken back then that every class can use bazooka, that is broken. Now the game is fix now weapons goes to its own specialists class, like bf4.

Not a battlefield game until they add recoil to the guns, add more tanks and change this HORRIFIC vehicle spawning system that no one talks about. And reskin these soldier models.
It remains exactly the same as when I uninstalled it several months ago. Why is it suddenly so popular to say now is good? It's not even close to what BF4/BF4/BF1 was.

@@kootrell I see the same operators, the same gameplay trying to be CoD with recoilless weapons, and the same vehicles. I admit the tanks were fun, but the helicopters and jets are a joke compared to BF4. Can you destroy an armored vehicle with a jet gunstrafe, or do you still have to fire 10 thousand shots to disable it?
We want SQUAD FOCUSED capabilities just like in BFV. I am extremely impressed with how much better 2042 is though!

Still cant compare with bf 1, and v, but i enjoyed it, it just lack of destroyed building, comander function, and vehicle. I wish they could add more building that able to be leveled and artilery strike

@@SacramentoNativ3 It is not about era. It is about map design and enviroment of the map. Look at the Wake Island, the map was first introduced in BF 1942 and people still play it in BFV. The maps in BF2042 just suck.

Even if a player removed the HUD in 2042, the gameplay would never be able to be replicated in 2042.
BF1 was created by developers who actually enjoyed what they did and it shows in the quality of the game. Hate it or love, BF1 is a well crafted game.

It'll only be a real battlefield without the same hero characters with skins on both teams. We need customizable characters like in 5, along with clearly separate teams fighting one another. I hate shooting at copies of my own team, it destroys the immersion.

The game looks and plays so much better than it did on launch.
It's really getting to a good spot. I just hope they realize the mistake they made when they stopped support for BFV right when it was getting good and jeep 2042 going
So, heres my theory on that if I may? care to read or not doesn't matter either way...
Currently with how I have been watching their development, I am very surprised with how well BFV kept doing with their support during the development of BF2042 just due to the COVIC BS work from home shit and they called all of EA Devs to help create the mess that was once 2042. Now that BFV Has lived over its 2 year timespan.. its time for them to currently support 2042 now whilst developing another title. BFV launched in 2018 for crying out loud. that's a 5 year lifespan. which in todays day and aged is really good, considering CoD was releasing titles every year it seemed like. Each game gets support up to 4 to 5 years, so I'm hoping the continuation of live for 2042 further increases its replayability, AND smash their new title out of the park (hopefully).

Too much open space for me..I'ma a infantry player..I like maps like back to Karkand,Seinne,Grand Bazaar,Wake,Metro, Propaganda, Pearl Market, The Dam. Think I had the most fun on Strike at Karkand. Reminds me of Black hawk down

The issue is most of the people in that game were bots. Kind of detracts from it
I will play this game once they add in environmental destruction like was seen in battlefield. There's no reason why it can't be in this game.
This game is still not a Battlefield game. This game missing so many things what makes a game a battlefield game such as proper squad system, classes, no engagement distances, map designs and more.

Actually now, Battlefield 2042 is shaping up into a GREAT GAME. I am interested now. Many things are getting attention. The game play went solid.
This needs more levels, vehicles and graphic updates and is done. The game is going to be a solid versus war game. I'll buy it.

The battlefield of next-gen needs larger-scale vehicle combat. I am talking 10 tanks per team shooting at each other. BF2042 only allows 1 or 2 tanks per team. That is so boring...

It has been a while since I played. Hopefully it has not died. That was the beginning. That is what started it all for me. Do not get me wrong, I loved playing Battlefield 1942! Bad Company was just all that excitement.

Yeah that happens sometimes usually if it's mass.bots it's usually at the 30-40 per team mark if it's 64v64. But recently I've been getting full matches or near full matches every game which is nice. A lot more fun
It won’t happen all the time and if you just do happen to be in a match with AI the game will automatically send other players to your lobby

@@SefouGaming well you didnt need to because they were AI, but you still could and it would switch automatically. Playing against real players is a whole differnt beast though, this is good practice to fine tune mechanics of vehicles which are really bad compared to BF4/BF3 physics.

I pre ordered this game I played 4 hours and uninstalled it I re-installed it yesterday it's more fun but it doesn't feel like a proper battlefield and it's full of bots because the games are so dead

This is still the worst Battlefield of their entire franchise. I'm tired of these videos saying 2042 is "finally a real BF" like cmon we all know this title is forever fucked no matter how they try to manipulate it. It might be more playable, but still no where near the same from the glory days. If you think the little they did so far makes up for their catastrophic launch failure then you are high.

Everyone saying they are in games with all these bots what servers are you on? I have never once been in a game with more than like 4 bots since I started playing a month ago.

Early in a match you will have bots, the game slowly adds in more players while you're in game, the haters always ignore that fact
