He will not answer you because that is not natural aim, he's using some sort of anti recoil macro or something similar on his mouse which allows for pin point accuracy and very fast TTK on targets from a distance, BF3 and BF4 both have suppression AND random bullet deviation mechanics making it impossible to land all your shots when firing full auto, and its even worse when you get shot at, however if he responds to you and the settings he has makes you play like him ill eat my words.

He nevers really fire at full auto, he always do fast burst, that why the gun audio sound a little off, you can test it in game, if you release the click every 5-10 rounds the bullet deviation is small

AFAIK IIRC, in one of the patches that came out for bf4 back in the days, DICE supposedly heavily nerfed certain gun attachments (such as the barrel alterations, or the different foregrips) to the point that many guns are now more accurate if they are pretty much naked with no attachments or with only the stubby grip or the potato grip equipped.
The general meta for bf4 is:
High rpm, naked barrel and a stubby or potato grip for maximum accuracy, and if you want to play more in shorter distances and don't care about hitting targets that are further away than 30 meters and want to maximize your close quarter capabilities, you could use the vertical or angled foregrip + either the muzzle break, the compensator, or the flash hider + a laser sight to get better hipfire accuracy.
Whilst for low rpm, a heavy barrel + stubby or potato foregrip, or simply a plain naked gun is a good combination.
My recommendation:
Go to the Testing Range, and try out all the gun attachments on your favorite guns, and see what works best for you!
PS: Burstfire weapons (such as the M16A4, or the M4A1, or the AN94 etc.) are quite nice with the angled grip equipped in order to reduce first shot recoil.
