Alpro dark choco desserts are my fave. Some Swedish glace vanilla ice cream, the alpro pud on top, sprinkle with almonds or crushed up oreos and it's divine. Ha.
..oh how i sincerely try my very best not to be jealous..., not just the plethora of choices, but the food prices as well... now that that's outta my system (🤷) but yet another V shopping vlog filled with ALL the lovely bits... just adore seeing what all y'all have available tho 💚 -tracee
Well, what a wealth of wonder you have brought before us ! Thanks again, you fabulous beans, for keeping it all down to earth abd easy to avoid causing intentional suffering and death via tasty treats and marvellous meals. You stars ⭐️ ❤👍✊
Anybody complaining about processed vegan food needs to shove a pie in it 🤣🥧 Looks like Asda has really upped its vegan game recently, will have to pay a visit as not been in years. Thanks as always for such a wonderful and comprehensive guide 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
Pretty amazing haul, didn't expect Asda to be so good. Word of warning, the OMV lasagne needs at least 10 mins longer in the oven than what it says on the packet , it's very sloppy otherwise but very nice cooked until browning well on top. Tomorrow is vegan cake & bread day at my local refill shop - my favourite is almond croissants absolutely stuffed with marzipan & topped with toasted almonds - bliss!
@lindajo1840 The croissants are absolutely huge, usually share one with hubby but I could easily eat the whole thing myself & then have to sit down for a bit to recover!!
You're incredible champions of vegans, new and old. Much appreciated.💚 While you're sensitive and kind and thoughtful, you don't put up with any nonsense, you're honest lads, you are warriors! Thankyou on behalf of the animals. Asda the only place I've found potato croquettes, clearly marked vegan, near the stirfry packs in veg. section. Good to see the the vegan Toad in the Holes.Nan Bread Heaven, Go Patak's! Splendid vlog, great ideas! 💜 You love your mushy peas, you've started a trend. An amazing plethora. A good point though, why not mark items "suitable for vegetarians and vegans"...
I got the Caesar Wrap, No-Duck Wrap and Vegan Sushi on the 3 for 2 on my last big shop and they were all really good (No-Duck one was the best in my opinion). I used to work at Asda when I was just vegetarian about five years ago and the options weren't great back then but they have improved so much for choice. Also, their website lets you filter for just the "clearly marked Vegan" grocery items which was really helpful for finding new stuff and saving time not having to check ingredients lists.
Is that Hull, where those vegan cream eggs were made?! (I made the mistake of ordering them in the summer...still ate them though! Waste not, want not...)
Another great comprehensive shopping vlog and agree the free from aisle is a gold mine of vegan products. A relatively unknown middle gem in the freezers are Griddle waffles. They are with the bake at home pastries/croissant etc. There are original and blueberry ones. 6 in a box. Pop them in the toaster (or air fryer) for few minutes. Absolutely delicious for a weekend breakfast with your favourite toppings. Currently on offer for £2. There are also lemon shortbread biscuits in the biscuit aisle which are lovely. £1.50 I think.
Hi Guys , Asda has so many vegan food products , I wish we had them in Australia. The cost here is so high compared to the UK, some of the food can only be bought in a specialist store. ❤❤
Brilliant Vlog thank you. I literally live next door to my local Asda so there all the time 💚 ours isn't stocked quite as well though. In the chilled you passed over vegan fridge raiders... bloomin lovely for a snack on the way home. Asda also do Swedish glacé ( drool) and a couple Ben & Jerrys vegan ice cream. On a different note... and if you remortgage your house, M&S do an amazing 'salted beef' roll but steep at £4.25 but gawjuss 😂 keep it up lads xx
Yes. My family & I very much enjoyed it when we bought it for my birthday in December...I'm a Hedgehog rescue volunteer too so it was the perfect cake to celebrate! Other times I've eaten a slice with hot custard too 😋
Update...OMG...the pie was incredible! Cooked it in my ninja and pastry puffed up lovely..as for the flavour..wow! Really tasty chunks of no- beef and gravy..Very impressed..can't wait to eat the second one! 😄
Even here in the UK - and having all of the same supermarkets nearby - it's still seems to be a postcode lottery for such a Vegan choice on the shelves.
And I get sooo angry, when they make it Lactose Free, on top of the stealing from the animals....Degrading the cows hard work ,when they destroy the nutritions in the milk....Im Vegan and Lactose intolerant, as we all are ,after Infantcy🤗
How were the slices for lunch not seen them before? Lots of products in you store vegan toad in the hole not been in ours for a while maybe because packaging changed Fab upload guys really good, hope Jason taste test in the meals vlog thanks for going to Asda
You guys forgot to go to the frozen desserts aisle! There's quite a few vegan frendly ice creams too. 🥳 EDIT: So sorry! I commented before watching all the way to the end/car chat bit d’oh! 🫠
That asda is a lot better than the one near me :( lots of stuff at your one that’s not at the one here. Asda is doing pretty good for vegans though! Same I have never understood why tinned beans etc are only labled veggie? :/
Sheeze was made in the Isle of Bute, I take it it still is. Delicious, as cheese& onion are much missed for vegans...found the Tesco ones recommended by TVG!😉

What a fantastic idea!
Love the dark chocolate alpro, definitely trying this!
My hubby does this, and sometimes adds a sliced banana too.
@pinknylon1121 I do that with the caramel ones to make it taste like banoffee pie!

Top tip for the Mrs Crimble’s range, if it’s in green packaging it’s vegan.
Even though my local Asda doesn't have this variety, it's always good to see. :)

Get to B&M for your Shin and KimChi noodles - the big pots are currently £1 in there... I have filled a cupboard with them 😂
P.S. Fabulous news about the no chicken thighs coming back, I have been on a wild goose chase looking for them everywhere the past few weeks.

Here in the US we don’t have a tenth of what you just showed! Love you vegan guys!
We're lucky

Vego bars at Asda £2.95 for 150g. Our favourite chocolate. So delish. A proper treat Barbara!
