- Geometry Dash (the 8th update to the game) introduced a new dual portal which is heavily used today in a lot of levels and new backgrounds along with a lot of new things to the editor including being able to play songs, play in the editor which is way easier than clicking save & play all the time. On the menu, you can finally do the rampage, like clicking on the icons and crashing them & it also includes new decorations and blocks. Other than that, this update is revolutionary and marks the last update to have can't let go, cycles as rated insane (the main Robtop levels ofc).

@@dlovansl2 Yeah. I knew this because of RobsVault's level. If you don't know RobsVault, he was the one who made all GD levels including the spin-offs. When I saw the level called "The Challenge", I saw that the song was called "Secret" by DJVI.
thats a bug, djvi seems to be the default name for song credits, and secret refers to the level's hidden status

The first update I was present for. I remember being so excited when I opened the level menu and saw hexagon force. Can’t wait to have that same feeling when 2.2 comes out.

Hexagon force is literally a 6* difficulty level, you just have a skill issue. 40% and 61% aren't bugged, you're just not individually clicking.

Well I have a decent 2019 computer with i5-9300H 16GB ram, 500Gb nvme SSD, and GTX 1050, works perfectly fast for me I used bluestacks but what did you use tho
@@dlovansl2 BlueStacks... My computer has an i5-10400, GTX 1660 Super, 16 GB of ram, 1TB of storage and yet it runs like a 20-year-old computer.
have you checked what is using your processor and gpu if it lags by task manager?
