Travel adjust alllows you to push down on the forks and lower the travel to 130 mm.. It helps when climbing steep stuff..150mm is high so youd essentially be leaning over the front of the bike to keep the wheel down,which means then theres no weight on the rear and you will loose traction.. Works great on my bomber all mountain 2s from 2006..
I used 7.5wt oil that adapter is hard to find check eBay they usually have one for sale. You don’t need to add air pressure unless you weigh over 200 that will make the fork super stiff.

позорная какая то , у меня и в левой ноге где компрессиия есть картридж и в правой ноге два картриджа
