I really enjoyed an anatomy class I took in high school. I liked it so much, I (briefly) considered looking into Medicine in college. But during college I realized I don't have an aptitude for the sciences at that level. And after seeing that anatomy book, it was a wise decision. I know the neck is one of the more complicated areas, but holy cow. Kudos to you for being able to learn all of that, not only what it is but what it does as well.
How much sleep do you typically get in med school?

This is why I like living in Australia. Our break is from November through till February. Even for MD (which I start next year, yay!) Two weeks over Christmas would suck.

I did job shadowing today. The doctor handed me the camera which he used to perform gastroscopy :) I felt like a real medical person wearing my nurse outfit and holding the thing... I ALSO TOUCHED CANCER AND MET SOMEONE FAMOUS🤪

I really do believe that some people are able to do anatomy and some are not. I have the hardest time with the mouth/neck anatomy/physio like I was unable to get it. anyways, its incredible how great you are at it

How is everything you are going to learn throughout medical school distributed, cause If I remember correctly, Americans have 4 years of medical school.
I'm a Norwegian medical student, and we have six years of medical school. For example we don't have neuro befor the fourth semester.
How can you learn everything in 4 years, and not burnout😅

US students typically do 4 years of undergrad (premed) then 4 years of med school, so it ends up being 8 years.
