Went back to begin my move to Texas and was stuck for a couple of days but was able to find some AMAZING foods to eat!

The Hangrey Panda selection was so, so outstanding. The sesame noodles, the pork belly, the chicken sandwich & the popcorn chicken were so special! Good luck in Texas, Mikey! Don't waste the food in your freezer! Take care shoveling snow!
I absolutely love how Mikey praises these small businesses and gives them the limelight. As a small business owner myself I know how hard it is for everyone. Props to you man, much respect ✊🏼
If you see how Mcdonalds and other chain restaurants in Asia have so much more delicious things and not selling them in USA for some strange reason they don't deserve to have customers.
All the small businesses should earn money for being innovative an taking risk.

The greater Seattle area is a foody town, you barely scratched tne surface of all the great places to eat. 😋 Mikey, you're going to miss the misty rain and the non-humid summer weather. Hopefully someday you'll come back. We're going to miss you! Good luck in Texas!
That was a golden moment when Lucy came out of the kitchen and saw Mike. She was really taken aback. Here I was thinking, man I hate to see him coming back to the states, bad on me. This guy brings joy and finds great food and people wherever he goes.

Totally agree. I have the chance to eat foods that can't be found in my country or city. I love his choices of ice cream, dumplings and meats.
You'd get buried in shipping boxes worse than Amazon
I wouldn't recommend it as this would put Mike at the risk of potential lawsuits (e.g. food safety issues), where the plaintiff claims to suffer a loss (e.g. getting ill) due to consumption of Mike's food.
You would have to live where the contents of his freezer are at.

So in cambodia we have a similar pork belly dish that most dont know about. It's called kaw in general, but the version I'm thinking of is kaw sach jreuk (pork belly) often with bamboo and whole chicken or duck eggs that are browned in the stew, over rice. Caramelized palm sugar and kampong black pepper are the forward flavors. Cooked until tender. I wonder now if it was brought there by Chinese immigrants. We omit the 5 spice nowadays. Lots of garlic and shallots too.
This video is EXACTLY what I needed! I'm going to Seattle in a couple weeks and needed a few good places to visit, so this restaurant list just became my itinerary, 100%! We will miss you in the PNW, Mikey!

The Greater Seattle area where you rented that apartment seems so nice. The vibe is somehow so comforting, almost European (where I'm sending my greetings from). I greatly enjoyed every video from that area and wish all those businesses all the best in these troubled times. Those lock-down videos were of real help to me during the lock-downs here.

This episode just warmed my heart. My friend and I tried Happy Lamb vegan broth and it was surprisingly good! Then we went to WesternCo. Donuts right across the street just to check it out and they ended up having about the best maple bar I've had (not vegan but still gotta try stuff like that once in a while, haha).
