caleb shomo is the mastermind of the band Beartooth, the song he was in sounds a lot like some of beartooth's stuff, might be a discovery if you liked that track! By the way Corpse Nation sounds like an Ice Nine Kills song all the way: Chris's singing style, effects rythm. Loved the album it was a pleasure listening to your reaction
For the first listening I only enjoyed 3 songs (Werewolf, Corpse Nation and Burned At Both Ends II) but I always give albums a second listen if I like the band's earlier albums and now I literally love all of the songs. MIW is just getting better and better every time, I'm so happy for them. (Also fuck yes, cat content)

One of my favorite things Motionless in White does is the switch up at the ends of the songs when he sings differently than other choruses and adds new lyrics. The alternative verses you mentioned
When I first listened to the album I was like meh. But the more you listen to it, the more you love it. I even hear the songs while I'm trying to sleep 😂
I mean they’ve had “radio friendly” tracks for years since reincarnate and graveyard shift. Heck there’s tons of those catchy tracks on Disguise. Don’t get me wrong I miss their older heavier stuff like on Creatures and Infamous.. so I totally understand your frustration. But hey we still had some heavy bangers like slaughterhouse, cyber hex and those first 2 tracks. but think this release and their last brought a new audience while still retaining some of that classic motionless sound and keeping it on brand and keeping it fresh. I’d rather a band keep innovating their sound rather than keep it the same, but that’s just my opinion :)
@@SinfulScreams Disguise was not my thing either. I couldn't take them trying so hard to sound like Linkin Park and Breaking Benjamin. Reincarnate was legendary. It wasn't so cookie cutter and fake. It sounded like Motionless perfected their sound. Graveyard Shift wasn't bad but I didn't like every song. I'll still say it was their last good album but to each their own. I honestly don't even like Cyberhex because of the goofy backing vocals. Slaughterhouse wasn't that good either. I'm weird as hell dude. But to each their own. I'd people like it then that's cool! I just personally hated it. Listened to the whole album and couldn't even get through full songs.

This is a very solid album for sure but Creature's to me will always Reign as their best ever I have quite a few fans on this album
