great to see you try dosa. generally foreigners come to India, eat rich delhi foods and get delhi belly. but you are open to try different things. dosa is very healthy food South Indian food that people are having forever.
You pour the coffee in that tray little by little and sip in from that tray. That way you can cool the coffee at your own phase of drinking. You have perfect control over coffees temperature
Dosa is one of the best breakfasts for me. There is something very addictive and satisfying about its taste. Dosa with coconut chutney and sambar is pure❤
Do you ever wonder what it would be like to reverse the roles of this video? To have Indian people visit England and try our food. They would probably find it exceedingly bland compared to their turned-up-to-eleven spicy meals.
I absolutely loved the cakes in the UK. British food is also very customisable, imo, in the sense that i can adjust the taste according to my preferences (very handy).
Chris, i liked the creaminess, the butteriness of the few things i ate. Being a vegetarian seriously hampered my choices. I had a veg haggis in Edinburgh, the landlady had very kindly bought some for just me. I loved its aromas. Would be interested in yorkshire puddin' with veg gravy and a veg pie....a nice, potatoey, cheesy, mushy-peasy pie with crunchy bits and crisp pastry. 😀
Honestly I have lived most of my life, being born and raised ) in India and I'm still wowed by some of the dishes that are cooked in different areas . Like I think I know this dish is good and then when i go to another state , that same dish gets even better . Still wonder how , so seeing your guys reaction to this gigantic tasty dose 😋 , I was okay atleast I'm not the only one who's getting surprised. 6:55 I am finishing that sweet mouth freshener all by myself whenever they give it after the meal . That's so good
If people in India look at you while eating food, ( in restaurant or street food) then you don't need to worry. Because they are worried whether the guests (foreinger) like the food, or not.
Yaz & Adam! Absolutely love your vlogs. 🥰🥰 Hope you keep visiting India, there is so much to see 😍😍 You guys would love it! P.S. Yaz you look like Blake Lively

Try South Indian: biryani (chicken/lamb), goat curry, chicken fry, Kerala fish fry and curry!, chicken 65, Masala dosa, Goan sausages, Chicken curry, Chicken madras, sadhya, Kerala bef fry/roast and parotta, appam and stew, thattakada chicken fry, chicken chittinad, andrhra chicken curry, Andhra lamb curry, kerla prawn curry, meen pollichathu, mutton vadai, fish/meat cutlets (found in the Christian areas), fresh sambar and idili/dosa, aviyal, eggplant curry, okra fry, pepper chicken, lots of side dishes (spinash, cabbage, potato fry, anchovy fry, tomato thooku) chicken roast, kababs, South Desserts: Mysore Pak, semyia payasam, kerala halawa (the black and orange one), laddu (many types)
Try North Indian: Butter chicken, fresh Tandoori Chicken, Biryani (lamb and chicken) each region is different, Mali kofta, Paneer butter masala, chole bhatura, Kulcha and chicken Bhuna, Dal Tadka and rice, onion/cauliflower/eggplant pakora, gobi Manchu, dal makhani, pav bhaji(in Maharashtra), keema and roti or naan, Butter/chilli cheese, garlic butter naan, palak paneer and rice or naan, vada pav (snack of Mumbai), chana masala, rogan josh, goat curry, Kashmiri naan, chicken tikka masala, chicken korma, bhangan, bhindi masala, North Desserts: The breads: roti, naan, batura, chapati, kulcha, paratha, south Indian parotta, appam, dosa, mango kulfi, pista bafri, almond barfi, barfi, jalebi, milk cake, fresh galub jamun (warm, outer layer is a bit crispy), fresh gajar ka halwa, sandesh, soan papdi, peda,

You should try dosa in South india, trying them in North is like trying hot dogs on italy, do try those when u visit Kerala, also don't forgot to try these dishes in Kerala and South- appam, idiyappam, puttu, aviyal, sadhya meals, parotta and beef, thalaserry briyani, kappa, toddy, fish polichathu ,idly, kothu parotta, kalamakaai (aka Mussles) chicken 65 and many more out of all South Indian banana leaf meal is a must especially if you can get non veg its much better
Crispy paperlike dosa is a paradox. Dosa is best when its crispy on the outside but soft inside, it needs to be sour due to the ferment, and it needs to be cooked in a properly hot tawa to get the crisp- soft combo, and a reddish golden colour. This kind of dry frying banishes all moisture and it is no better than a rice-lentil papad, or poppadom as you would call it. Hope you go to a proper dosa joint and eat that to compare. You might still prefer the papad like dosa - many people do, but its not really a dosai. Not really 😛
one of my assumptions, regarding, people staring dosa while you guys were devouring, perhaps may be they are wondering" Are British again going to colonize our land". jokes apart
Hey, with no disrespect intended...you guys are making a big mistake by sticking to New Delhi. Here are some suggestions that might interest you if you decide to explore in depth Ladakh Kerela Backwaters Entire North East Forts in Rajasthan (it's hot tho) Hill stations in Himachal Temples in south India etc etc
Brother, we appreciate the suggestions but you must realise, these videos are not in real time. We only spent 3 and a half days in Delhi (out of the 30 that we have in India), filmed multiple videos per day and left. So don't worry, we are not 'sticking' to Delhi. But going to India and not going to Delhi is like going to England and not going to London 😊
