Sir, We watch your channel. One suggestion is that whenever you eat, please describe the rates where the middle-class and poor people can also eat. We watch your channel and we think we should go there but we are afraid of rates. especially in small restaurants, which also charges high rates. This Nihari episode you never said about Jamma masjid rates for early breakfast and Shaheen bhag, too. And timings when we go there to enjoy breakfast.

Did he? Either I must have missed the part where he said it or you guys need to work on your listening comprehension. I just heard him say that while you can find Nihari in Mumbai as well, the Nihari of Delhi is a whole another level. He would've said the opposite if he was talking about Kala mutton. I don't see how anyone would understand that to even remotely imply that "Delhi food is overall better than Mumbai."
You can't honestly make a blanket statement like that anyway, for two cities that are very similar in major ways to each other, in a matter as subjective as food scene. Both cities have history as centres of culture, administration and commerce. Both of them have had waves of migration from all sorts of people and influences. Both of them are very cosmopolitan even today. Both are old cities that have a robust street food and small, local diner culture. Both have preserved and sustained a lot of food service providers since a long, long time. Food is going to be better in either of these cities than most places in the country simply because they check those boxes. They have a lot of old, happening towns.
Old, happening towns always have the greatest food anywhere in the world. Any continent, any country you're in, go to places that have been at the centre of that culture for a long time. They'll have lively streets, dense settlements and you'll see these rugged but kind, gandalf-like witches and wizards manning establishments a lot more than you would in other places and that'll be how you'll know that area of the world has the greatest food.
Whether you're in Peru, Poland or in Phillipines, in Scotland, Syria or South Africa, or in our dear old India, if you can find the kind of cities that I've described above, you'll know that they all have the greatest food in the world. They're all so good at this point that you can't really compare which one's better, because then you're moving into the realm of personal preferences which is not something you can dictate for others.

I tried the nihari of sharbati in old Delhi once which I don't like.I went there with lots of expectations but all went futile.I will suggest to visit kallu nihari instead of sharbati nihari.

You have not covered Kallu Nihari. They have a different taste and a legacy which has come from their uncle handed over to their Father and to the present generation. Their first shop which is their Uncle's shop is near the Delhi gate.
But Kallu nihari has a massive demand now . The shop opens only for 2 hours. max.
Finally sir, you have to improvise the Khanna No 1 episode by adding Kallu and you will see the Joy of good reviews.😊
