bro tht wasnt just no oil check, that was a prostate exam, an oil check, a sack check, and a shaft check, bro gave DT a full on surprise parineal examination at the end
IMO, masterful performance by brooks. He took out a guy who potentially would have won another gold medal this year and was the reigning world champion and Olympic gold medalist!
@@Tdinh79of course it wasn´t planned, but he surely felt that he was going DEEP... but winning was more important to him than respecting his opponent. That´s disrespectful and shameful and not what a wrestler with honor would do.
It’s definitely something refs need to watch for more often. It unfortunately happens more frequently than one would think because it’s harder to see than something obvious like biting, twisting fingers, etc.
because shooting with both legs is how you become the best... coaches lock their kids into only being one way or the other when in reality you need to practice both sides evenly
Everyone will generally have one side they favor but at high levels of combat sports you have to be able to seriously threaten both sides. For example, imagine how much easier defense would be if you had an opponent you knew would only attempt Kimuras to your right side!
Can you go into a breakdown on that oil check, an in depth 20 min breakdown. Why 2 knuckles? Why not 4 knuckles? Curious to hear your thoughts
😂😂😂
I thought for sure that is what this video was about. Swear I did.

😂😂
You missed the transition from the oil check to the junk yank after that. It’s the mike machiavello special.
Straight for the ol twist. Man is a menace
Hey just asking can u break down Austin desanto style of wrestling
Yeah, grabing a hip was also done last year which was somewhat questionable. Starting to use internal organs to leverage position🤔
Also noticed he grabbed a handful of something else moments later. Definitely something refs need to keep a closer eye out for
Scared me 😂 3:29
I bet it scared David Taylor too 😂😂
How humiliating to lose because your opponent got a bit too friendly
@@Matt-hf6ku I’m not saying the oil check was the deciding factor but that was definitely A factor hahaha
Can’t deny the results

It’s definitely been the year for upset victories. I hope Brooks is able to be as dominant on the world stage as Taylor was
Should have been disqualified for that oil check. Absolutely shameful.
@@D12Min I highly doubt it was intential oil checking vs using his booty to leverage his position

@@D12Min buloney…lol. If it was premeditated and doing it all the time is one thing, but this as a one off is another
Should be a lifetime ban for this.

@@martialbreakdowns If you can see it on the replay, you can ban for it
Brooks has done other insane oil checks
This was hilarious how did I not notice this lmao
One things for sure, David Taylor definitely noticed 😂
“Grip on Taylor’s butt”? You mean the deepest oil check I’ve ever seen?
That oil check was shameful. Disgusting.
Brooks is a left leg lead but shoot doubles with his right leg

Penetration hand??? He put his whole hand in there?
Ain’t no way 😂😂
Hahaha!

That it is 😂
Brooks ran him outta town
