Lovely commercial, but the word "terrace" only has meaning in Quebec; I just saw this in NY state and the people watching with me had no idea what it meant. As a former Montrealer, I was able to explain it but perhaps something else like "patio" would be better suited to the demographic this ad is trying to reach.
