Adam Warlock should have been introduced earlier in the MCU

Have you really read alot of Warlock? He is written kind of poorly and is hard to like. He is this stoic non emotional dry flat yet SUPER POWERFUL dude. I think the MCU could make a sympathetic character out of him and make him like a more human version of vision but as is he kinda isn't all that of a MUST HAVE in the mcu imo ESP since they didn't introduce him in infinity war which would have been the absolute most appropriate spot to do so.

They do because you had to get the rights from the kirby kids for father's work. And also Jim Starlin story boards.
I would love to see his story retold with the Magus and Thanos conflict in mind. Adam Warlock gets so much better than this.
Warlock should have been in the infinity war. He's the one man Thanos fears and respects.

Starlin really took the character on some mind bending cosmic explorations. Adam Warlock is a biological artificial intelligence with suicidal tendencies, who must fight his dark alternate self.
Adam was a rebel and a loner who refused leadership and would not submit to "the way things are".
Infinite time loops, cosmic suicide, Thanos, the only thing that could go wrong is if Marvel / Disney do another cookie cutter origin story where every one is laughing and making one liners.
Gamora and Drax are already part of Warlock's supporting characters, replace Pip with Rocket and might as well just make him a Guardian of the Galaxy.
I'd agree with that. When Warlock was introduced as Him he was as much of a blank slate character as one could ask for. It really allowed Starlin to go wild.

I first read about the character in a black & white paperback reprinting his first appearance in Fantastic Four. I eventually read the Starlin stories, including his reappearance in the 90s, and grew to love him.
Joe Sinott finished Kirby's pencils superbly.
Back when I was reading these comics in the 70s I had no idea they were so convoluted!
Fantastic! Adam has been a fave of mine since his own mag in the 70's! Lot of wonderful memories! One of my all time favorite marvel characters.
Adam Warlock is my most favourite Marvel character of all time.

Looking forward to a follow up to Adam Warlock, because there's more to his story. His battles with the Magus and Thanos and later his own death only to be resurrected to battle Thanos yet again.
Fantastic Four 66 and 67, Volume 1. Good memories. This means I did not care for the apparent retroconning of Adam Warlock in Guardians of the Galaxy, Volume 2, although I did enjoy it a lot.

Yeah, that's exactly as I remember the history of Adam Warlock I even had the Marvel Spotlight issue that ushered in Adam Warlock when I was a kid in the he 70s and the Thor comic where Thor fought Warlock as Him.
How about Quasar or the Sentry next?
One reason I like Adam Warlock is because he made Thanos admit that deep down, he feels he doesn't deserve the power he seeks!

Not sure. It was destroyed at one point by Thanos but mysteriously reappeared in later stories. After the destruction of the Marvel multiverse and its subsequent recreation in the Secret Wars storyline, it could well still be out there somewhere.
At 9:46 see Adam Warlock give the hail Satan sign. The last supper with the Hulk? Adam betrayed by the Hulk? then Adam crucified? then taken to a cave to be buried???? sounds all familiar jaja
this isn't the full origin it doesn't explain why sometimes he comes out of the cocoon as rune the vampire
