Well most people would be against the idea of Dante and Trish hooking up, but given their interactions in the first game...kind of still feel like something could've happened at least once.
Of course I just can't believe the writers would be so evil as to deny Dante the babes. Especially two who for some reason or another always end up hanging out with him.

He actually actively avoids getting intimate with anyone because he doesn’t want to bring another demon/human into the world. He feels it’s his responsibility to make sure that doesn’t happen. So he self sabotages and acts dense on purpose. He’s actually horribly depressed to an extent and covers it up by acting over the top. DMC 2 and the anime showed when he was at his worst with his depression. (Yes, DMC 2 is officially canon according to Capcom.) At that point he didn’t even try to cover it up with his jovial and happy go lucky persona. He was just sad because at that point, as far as he knew, his brother was gone.

He has many encounter that's fun if not romantice like in dmc3 and dmc1.
Yet he doesn't make any exploit of those situation due to his complexes.
He's just too much of a nice guy.
Damn DMC3 had such good writing, specially compared to the other games.
This is where dantes ch development really started. That's why dmc3 is best game.
@JR Joy writing wise is the best of the series. DMC5 is probably the best action game of all time when it comes to mechanics but the story is a bit sloppy and filled with fan service more than anything. Which is fine, for what it's going (lighthearted not so serious action), but DMC3 cuts a bit deeper. Also the overall structure of the game is just better, IMO the second half of DMC5 was left unfinished. Like they had to rush some of the last missions after Vergil's reveal.

Why do people leave out the scene where Lady and Dante first meet AFTER Dante beat the Cerberus? That was officially the first time Dante and Lady meet each other, NOT when Dante rescues her from a fall.

The two related to each other, helped one another, had multiple heart to hearts, and she was the first woman to canonically be there for him
Hell she was even super friendly with him, probably more than Trish, so honestly, it upset me to see so much chemistry just go to waste

People just took the "bad luck" phrase in dmc3 to an extreme which is giving such a false out of character impression to others such as "He's virgin". Just because he didn't bang a demon who looks like his mom or lady who rejected him doesn't mean he got no sexual activities.
If anything, according to the DMC lore and since he got no kid (that we know of) it means Dante is a master of pulling out he keeps getting away with it. Unlike vergil who had it once along time ago and lost by the first try lol
Even Daniel (Vergil voice actor) specifically said how he rejected the idea in the script of vergil having fun one night stands like Dante, saying to dante something like "You're not the only one who used to have fun" changed into "that was a long time ago", because he said it's out of character writing Vergil having fun one night stands LIKE Dante's character does, and Vergil ain't a Dante.
The current director (itsuno, same director since dmc3) approved because since dmc1 days, Dante is already an established character, a womanizer who had several one night stands, his Tony Redgrave days is confirmed canon in dmc5, his days when he worked in a bar for 2 years, dated and fooled many women. Itsuno stayed true to that image in the games lore, by making dante live next to a strip club, flirts with lady, his reaction to topless nevan in 3 and the naked dolls in 4, he got porno magz and posters of nude women posters all over his shopping dmc5, he speaks sex innuendos and all.
Dante's reply "I guess you were young once too" to vergil when he remembered his sexual encounter means Dante did it too
Besides, even if dante somehow gets trapped by a girl by leg lock, I'm pretty sure he could dip out with Trickster
