I used to play a very similar deck. I ended up removing Azusa, Lost but Seeking as I found it was rarely useful. It *sounds* like it combos well with Omnath, but most of the mana ramp in this deck is in the form of spells/effects that put lands straight into play to trigger landfall. You aren't likely to have multiple lands in your hand by the time you cast her, and even less so by the time Omnath comes into play.
Liege of the tangle might also be one to put in there because when it deals combat damage, you may choose any number of target lands you control and put an awakening counter on it. Each lands with an awakening counter on it is now an 8/8 green elemental creature for as long as it has an awakening counter on it
Ancient Greenwarden is great because it's an elemental AND double triggers permanents with abilities when a land enters the battlefield (Not just landfall). Nissa, Vital Force has an ultimate that allows you to draw a card for each land that enters the battlefield. Warstorm Surge and Where Ancients Tread will allow your tokens to do 5 damage to any target when entering the battlefield. My first real commander deck was Omnath, Locus of Rage and went a 50/50 between ramp and attacking as much as possible. Still my favorite deck to date.
You could also add Boseiju, Who Endures(Flexible removal in the land slot)
and Dark Depths+Thespian Stage is another back up win condition.

Created my own deck very similar to this recently, definitely need the protection adding.
Managed to get helm of the host onto avenger of zendikar. Swung with all my plants, then played Harvest Season, a 3 mana ramp spell not mentioned here that pulls as many basic lands as tapped creatures.
2 avengers, pulled 9 lands out.
Did I win, did I hell, someone played a removal spell that caused 1 point of damage to me for every creature on the battlefield.
now that is a game i would have loved to see in person! that is crazy!

I've been thinking of putting in liege of the tangle.
I have wanted to for years. Too many good option now but Liege is more fun. Be careful it’s risky as heck
