Try it at Saint Barthelemy (my fave airport; its a quick hop from Saba and way more fun of a landing challenge imo). You can only take off runway 10 (downhill) but can land 10 or 28. The reason is that the prevailing wind is usually around 100°, so on 10 the headwind slows you down despite the downhill slope, while on 28, even with a tailwind, the slope of the runway slows you down. It's not nearly as steep as the one shown here (it rises about 50 ft over the course of 2000 ft), but it's still damn near impossible without lots of thrust (i.e. a fighter, maaaybe some STOLs) and ideal weather; most of the time you just end up at the top of the runway still short of rotation speed and at an unreasonably high aoa.
Oh and also MSFS doesn't give you the right approach setup in the game; you should rely on the Jeppesen charts for TFFJ (easily obtainable online by pdf). The approach to 10 from sugarloaf is supposed to start at 1500, so you can establish a high descent rate without too much additional airspeed (otherwise you'll find yourself rolling across the beach and into St Jean Bay); they set it at 1000 feet instead. Also, of the three approaches to 28, the tight left-hand circuit is the best... you basically thread the needle between two hills to the right of runway 10, then hang a tight left at the big saline pond (before you hit the 700 ft mountain right in front of you), pop out between another two hills, and hang another tight left over the cruise ship in St Jean bay to line up for 28 just in the nick of time.
Also if you like sloped runways as much as I do (they turn GAs into STOLs and make the wind direction almost irrelevant, what's not to love?) you HAVE to try Syangboche... it's up the valley from Lukla, but its runway is dirt/grass, it's shorter, it's steeper, and it's 3000 ft higher in elevation (12500 ft to be precise) meaning your engine will be struggling that much more... when I flew the 172 in there (in MSFS and in Xplane) it could barely make it over the runway threshold at Vx lol... let alone make it high enough to initiate a properly stabilized approach.

Why are such airports with steep runways even constructed?😂😂
It's often the only way to land/take off in the mountains; you use the slope to accelerate faster on takeoff and slow down faster on landing. Plus although you can no longer choose which runway to use based on the prevailing wind, the slope still helps overcome the effects of a tailwind, if any, on landing distance. But even in the most extreme cases it's never a vertical drop like this; the most it would be is like 15-20° (limited to 1.5° in the US because the FAA is boring and hates fun (KIDDING)); the field in the video is just a mod some user made for wacky challenges like the one Aaron did here.
For some examples look at Lukla and Syangboche, Saint Barthelemy, Courchevel, or just about any small mountain airfield in the Andes, Himalayas, Papua New Guinea, etc etc etc
