Plastic spring clamps will make the job of holding and lining them up ready for drilling much easier. Also, no need to cut the rear spats either, they're meant to overlap a bit, once they're properly fastened in place it will look great 👍
Maxton saw the overlap and said that it is not correct so looking into why mine were like this. I've heard off others that theirs didn't interfere with the diffuser as well. I did think to put over the top but didn't want a gap between the bumper and the spats
@@AhamkarAlchemy shouldn't be as when you think of it why would the company that make both products of design ed them where you have to cut them up. Different branded ones I get that but not the same

On the newer fiestas they have rear spats that fit with their rear defuser perfectly. Theres do ones that fit standard cars and also others that are to go with their defuser. Not sure about the older mk6 though.
I'm not really car mechanic but I would recommend to spray some paint or some kind of protectant from rust where you drilled the holes in metal body parts. It would be shame for it to rust. I love your videos, following since you bought ST150, keep up the good work!

I have not got it booked. Not sure where or when it is but some places are too far for me or I can't make it with family stuff. I am going Ford Fair, Trax at Donnington and Ford Fest this year

Should be good as the holes drilled were into the plastic skirts and bumper.
