So, just so I understand, at around 6:30 you're pressing both Gus' 1 and his 3(heat) at the same time(ish) to bonk into enemies and also heat proc them, yeah?
@@lnkrishnan yeah press ur heat just before mach rush. Even if it's a 0.2 seconds before u match rush. This way the heat procs get triggered and u top up ur battery right after.

Very nice video, I really liked it. It comes at the right time as well, I'm sort of getting burned out of Warframe (again), and while I'm playing a lot less than last year when I came back to the game, I don't really want to go for another 5 years and come back to hundreds of hours of missing content. Gauss is new to me, so I'm gonna give it a shot, along with all those other Warframes I haven't even touched yet.

To be fair, I dont think any frame can compete with how complete of a Warframe Gus really is. With the new shield rework, his shield delay reduction makes him unkillable at times.

Gyre also feels like a perfect frame to me, save for maybe survivability in some cases.. but only after adding pillage over her first.

I’ve been using a lot of Baruuk recently. Finally have a decent build that is pretty good in SP. Gonna do that Star Chart soon.
A cool little thing youve mightve not noticed while using mach rush while using it and casting thermal sunder it gives a damage aura while you run technically it can scale infinitely like gara but it goes away when you stop using mach rush

There are so many shard + arcane + mod combos you can use to achieve pretty much identical results with Gauss, because his kit is simply THAT good.
Still find that i like my gauss build better:
Corrosive Projection/Cunning Drift
Primed cont/primed flow/overextended/archon vitality/rolling guard/stretch/augur reach/flex slot(streamline or mach crash) and running energize+augmented to balance the strength loss from overextended.
Did my first ever level cap with that:)

@@likenus I’m okay with Gas Clouds and Radiation Hazards because I simply just do a rolling guard or hop out my warframe with the Arcane that heals with transference, but those Nullifiers once Gauss hits by one it’s pain

Guss hits hard. Its like a nickname. Who cares what we call the frames at the end of the day, as long as you kill stuff fast
Also you should try the negative strength high range Gauss build. The heat procs will keep going, and you run a Grimoire and Dethcube.

You'll need Molt Augmented for armor stripping then.

Yeeaaaaaa gus finally a frame I can get about
A perfect frame would have to have these categories. 1: survivability. a form of self healing or shielding that acts as a bonus healthbar and or tanks X ammount of dmg / shots. 2 a form of aoe CC that can stun and increase my dmg to the enemy like an armor strip or a flat dmg multiplier so the setup. 3: NUCLEAR BLAST. Something nuke capabilities that just shows mega million numbers OR hundreds of smaller decent numbers that really make you feel like you are eroding your enemies soul. And 4 mission clear time / speed from point A to B. If they can fill out atleast 2 of these things. I love the frame. But If theyre innaros. Or yreli...... they barely even fit one spot of a qualification of a warframe.
i much prefer Volt or Wukong. i use Wukong primarily for spy missions or survival. i figured out a Volt build that can basically do any content while replacing Shock with Molt. Surprisingly, Molt answered a weird problem i've had with Volt and Mag where you have low health and this especially helps Volt leaving behind something that enemies target instead you so you can regain your bearings. Speed helps the team so on missions where you have to run through the map now everyone just "goes faster." Can also be a boon for those doing Melee though you don't want to do melee yourself if you can avoid it. Everyone knows about the utility and amazing things about his Shields, allowing me to have improved damage shooting enemies with my weapon while having once sided cover enemies cannot shoot through. Discharge is the primary "survival" method with the augment mod allowing gaining shields, cc'ing enemies in a wide area, and killing enemies near each other while you gain Overshields. Be sure to use Molt Augmented and Molt Efficiency. Use Pain Threshold, Cunning Drift or Power Drift in the exilus slot and use Constitution. You need Energy Ciphon and Energy Nexus. If your shields were to fail you, you have Quick Thinking. i recommend using at least one blue shard and one yellow shard. The more blue the better (energy max).

Currently using saryn prime with the 4th as nourish and a high status ococur build with a multi shot crit riven but I’m sure if someone that has more time into Warframe would gag at the mods I’m using cuz idk where to get most things

So sorry to ask but what is the redline charge tech? I can't seem to get it.
basically the redline tech is the Percentage number that increases beside the redline of the battery icon. Once you start to trigger that, your skills' effect will change and get better as long as the percentage is there. And it even increases further once the percentage reaches 100% and will never go back down despite you standing still or Holding your 3rd skill.
the Redline tech gets affect by duration. The shorter the duration the faster you fill it up and max it but the shorter it last, and the same for the opposite

For me Rhino and Nezha are perfect frames for me cuz i’m not good at pressing too many buttons on keyboard. And plus they pretty strong, can survive in SP long enough

What about growing power in the aura slot for more power strength and max narrow minded instead of rolling guard? Its very rare that you need rolling guard but narrow minded gives like 20s more duration for more time in 100% redline.
Power strength isn't necessary on gauss. Especially if building for thermal sunder

Long time I held Gunsen Prime didn't have a frame to use it with...until Gauss Prime. Modded for CO and some range these fine warfans get attack speed from Gauss abilities. Then put Viral, radiation and heat on. Plus Melee Exposure arcane. Plus extra melee damage from Gauss redline. Spam Gauss 3d with Gauss augment mod that gives weapon extra damage. There you have a wholla lot's of statuses. Oh boy does it shred EVERYTHING! And sure there's a Cedo on my Gauss for more CO melt game. Oh boy I enjoy this frame, built it same time as Volt I thought I'm gonna enjoy Volt more but.....bumping into the walls is so fun! I love Gauss one of my favourite frames!
Got him right before i started the new war. While farming for the nexramech i decided i might as well get gauss from relics. Honestly wasnt too bad

Can this build clear lvl cap void cascade? (Abilities only)
Most likely no, because Void Cascade forces you into Operator all the time causing you to lose tons of battery due to standing still all the time, unless you are at 100% redline

Tiny amount of health increase from Archon Vitality, as for the shield being high, he's spamming abilities, and the secondary effect of Augur mods (He's using Augur reach) converts a percentage of ability energy used on cast, into shields.

Shouldnt you just use molt augment for strength and drop intensify for constitution or other duration mod? Also people not having tau forged or even enough red shards to pop in, i think this would work nicely..? am i missing something?
Regarding the archon shards or other resources, I think he mentioned that this was a min-max, Gauss build video. I suppose it's expected that anyone following the guide will have everything that is required, not only for Gauss, but also for the rest of the loadout he's using. He's not using Molt because he wants to have the freedom to spam all the abilities at will. Maybe Arcane Energize could be enough? I don't know, that's something that can only be discovered replicating the same build and testing it in missions.
@EnriqueGonzalez18362 yeah well I missed the part where it's states minmax. Yeah, i don't have yet enough shards cause I returned like a month ago, but I'll go molt augment instead of steadfast, I still have energize r5 and also using archon flow, which also synergies with gauss and best yet, it's free in terms of used polarity amount and giving same energy than just primed flow. I don't see reason not to use it. So energy shouldn't be the problem, therefore steadfast is kinda niche here. That's just my opinion.
Energize might be enough, yeah. Before the gargoyle event, I didn't even have Energize and I managed my energy economy pretty well, specially after the companions update when they fixed the Equilibrium mod and the sentinels became immortal. @@Redai89

I’m still stuck on the sacrifice quest cuz the Komi mini game is not direct input so I can’t place any moves on there. And I crash when I free roam so I can’t complete vid Solaris and can’t complete sister quest so I can’t even hunt kiva weapon and now stuck grinding relics for plat hoping to min max my broken war and use that to start building up to a gauss :(

if you go to his stream, his badges are all from AION. AION is still one of my favorite games. Just sad it was killed when they removed Danaria and Katalam from the game. Those were awesome PVP maps.

Ivara Prime invis glitch in cascade + two green shards + corro Furis incarnon + Praedos modded for parkour velocity + Arcane precision for 300% damage = profit. Also bring some slow firing primary to delete Acolytes. Glitch all the way, works until WF gets out of beta ;) Perfection incarnate
Miter for acolytes but what do you mean with invis glitch?

@@pixelschubser2556 I find Latron Prime the best for this but Miter will also do. There is a invisibility glitch with Ivara which can be reliably triggered to make her invisible until she is nullified (only by Acolyte), you can normally parkour and sprint while invisible. Trigger the "feature" by activating her 3 while jumping just right before you hit the exolizer field. I also recommend Wyrm prime for status negation and her prowl augment. This makes you virtually invincible and invisible during the whole cascade session. Let's see how long it takes them to patch this out.

@@twinsanity4991 The archon shards are duration so no, thats not it. You simply press the, in tandem real quick. Think bullet jumping, but instead youre doing 1 and 3. Alternate your settings so heat is tap and cold is hold in the settings menu.

Could you please share with us where did you find this info, i couldn't find it anywhere? And if its true i'd really like to explore more about it, cause i know there are other parameters regarding charging his battery like for example you cant reach 100% battery level before 1/3 of your max duration. Thanks
@@Gago_94 when i used forma on my gauss to unranked i noticed it fill way faster (since i din't have space for blind rage i usually had on) so i tested in simulacrum it did fill faster on higher efficiency
How ever i also noticed filling somewhat faster on unmodded + efficiency so there's something else affecting it other than efficiency, still not sure what is it
I have tested all scenarios regarding efficiency going from -50 all the way to +175 multiple times since your comment and unfortunately there is no difference at all regardless of efficiency. The only thing that matters is duration. Lower the duration is>faster battery charging… but since most of his abilities rely heavily on duration no one should mod for negative duration, in fact you should aim for as much as possible duration as it’s very important for Gauss. Maybe when you dropped your Gauss to rank 0 you had to remove some mods for duration which led to you having feel that your battery charges faster cause you were thinking that it is because you dropped mods which caused negative efficiency. Does archon flow not provide any benefit? Seems like another easy way to get energy since you naturally have to apply thermal cold ?
well no because
1 blast inherit iirc does not proc it
and 2 cold sunder does like half the dmg of heat
and finally its a chance and has a cooldown

Gauss doesnt need strength at all you can even go to 40% as long as you got a maxed molt augmented you can do heat heat cold up to level like idek 1000 even then you just need to cast heat a 3rd time then cold
Gauss is god, gauss good, gauss is too good. And I do remove thermal sunder bc I use xatas or roar enstead and I know what heck ik Ik I did bc I prefer Mach rush for movement and more survivalbility but u can do it the over way around bc Gauss is just gauss he is too good in my opinion better then almost every frame in the game the only three I would say is better in overall is volt bc he can do everything he’s volt like der when wukong no brainer there and rhino but still even then gauss is just so good and I love him
