@@AegbGo yeah no for real that is a pretty fun way to play as well I like using Byron mode Naruto to launch him into the air after a combo and using Hinatas 64 palm and teleporting him in mid air it might not be the most optimal but it sure does look cool

Ironically a game called connections has poor connection
If only they kept the story mode as it was, why take away some battles, and the 2nd jutzu is very often just the tilt. Kinda expected more.

They literally couldve just updated storm 4 and added a dlc instead of making a whole storm 4 copy with new characters and balances😂
It has a new play style that's what makes it knew and it's more of a hands type Quick pace

Maybe its cuz im so use to how storm 4 plays, but connections gameplay doesnt really feel like an upgrade even in the aspect of gameplay. Not to mention theres so many weird bugs.
- Theres no sound effects when you throw shuriken (even when its in your combos like with Sarada and Nagato),
- Ultimate jutsu dialogue is absent when theres subtitles that clearly show you the character is supposed to be speaking
- Substitution seems so more glitchier to perform even when youre playing offline and im not sure if its intentional or not
- The characters voice lines in battle sound significantly worse than they did in storm 4
- I swear theres a point in the Boruto story where youre reliving Naruto's past and Tobi is temporarily voiced by a woman??
I heard in some videos that the voices really does sound worse than Storm 4 and before so I wonder what happened?
@destroyermcw626 it's very possible that for whatever reason they re dubbed all the lines, but the English VA of Naruto said that there was a certain way Naruto spoke in the game that she didn't record that way....leading people to speculate that A.i is involved and its why all the characters sound noticbly "off"

@destroyermcw626 hopefully not so. Voice actors have given so much to the world and continue to do so. They deserve to have their rights protected and not shafted by a computer.
The bugs are definitely not great, but i have no idea how you could think storm 4's gameplay is better. After playing Connections, Storm 4 feels so clunky and unintuitive. Atleast for pvp, its significantly better.

Ngl I'm kinda disappointed with the new game. We lost switch tech and now with the changes to counter attacks I'm pretty sure we're gonna be back in the revolution counter spam meta. Not like it's a ruined game but I still prefer having switch tech.

@@tonystarkunlimited7332 in storm 4, if you switch characters with precise timing while doing an action(dashing, jutsu, counter, ect.) it won't cost any chakra gauge.

Well I know for a easy fact that Generations gave us Five kage summit story and stuff and we had Anime cutscenes for everyone’s Story atleast and Naruto and Sasuke and that cool nostalgic intro and that was the last Storm game to have longer combos and the side ones along with the new changing gameplay for the better and its STILL exclusive to Xbox 360 and PS3 but I have it on Xbox 360 still.

Honestly, i don't think we need a storm 5. Therezs not much they can do to expand on the story or gameplay. They should innovate in a new genre, maybe open world.
They could do the Last Movie as a prologue, re do the movie to adapt the anime version instead and do the Jigen and code arcs. It’s possible if they really wanted to

Makes the history mode just a boring slog... this is the what 10th Naruto Game since Shippuden Story maybe more soooo majority of us know the story so giving us something except colour palette swaps that should be just default unlocked we should be unlocking characters we meet in the story
IF you go onto online mode then fine have them be unlocked there but I dunno i'd just want to unlock something more than some custom items that look silly on most characters or colour swaps

As someone who was actually really hyped for this game, the fact that only Boruto content was added and we have 0 new characters from the original show that aren't stupid otsutsuki characters. I wanted to see all of the guys they couldn't add in 4 to connections that they could. Not just that new god awful series. Thus, I simply can't buy this game. Also the story mode isn't a massive freeroam where you go through the entire story of all the games. That pissed me off more than anything

@@FuTech101 the anime is only fire when Naruto, Sasuke, Kawaki, or Kara is involved. Otherwise it's incredibly mid. Any show that has nearly 300 eps while it's manga is pushing less than 100 chapters should be a massive red flag to you or anyone else. Literal filler hell
