@@streetfighter5430 you need to practice with your friend, let him apply throws and you try breaking them. Its all visual gymnastics, you have to look at motion of arms to counter. Its hard lol

@@osamamanan2723 sometimes my nieces comes and play t7 on my pc.. once in a while i would join them, and whenever i tried to throw them they always break out from it 100%, didn't matter from left arm or right arm.. they're mashing the button most of the time and they're 11~7 years old..
To those who don't know, Tekken 4 has a Korean backdash inhibitor. When you're at a certain distance from your opponent, you won't be able to perform a backdash cancel even if you executed it perfectly. Tekken 4 was designed to have close quarters combat, having less emphasis on spacing. They reverted that in Tekken 5 so you can Korean backdash infinitely again.
Oof, thank fuck that they decided to backtrack on that! What an awful design choice.

@@hoodedstreetmonk352 i resent this comment. Tekken 7 is nothing but kbd and praying for launches off your opponents whiffs. Tekken 4 forced people to play tekken and deal with strings instead of relying on a few pussy lows and backdashing the rest of the time forcing your opponent at a disadvantage because moving forward in tekken 7 is just begging for you to be launched. Its dumb. kbd removes depth i dont care what anyone says its a gimmick mechanic that removes alot of the depth of tekken.
Tekken 4 is the greatest tekken game story and stage wise, you literally cannot change my mind

Not really, Well it's your opinion, but I think the only songs that are worth it in Tekken 4 are the Honmaru song and the airport song. Then Tekken 5 and TK5 DR have better OST, then tekken tag and then tekken 2.
@@jhonnyn5748 I think it is best from some people cause of the variety soundtrack on each setting. Such as Shibuya stage with jazzy sounds, Parking Lot stage with its hard rock, Beach stage (Kitsch) samba sound etc.. each stage has it's own sound that fits the stage rather than having edm music blasting in the current TK game. If I have to choose between TK4 or TK5 I'll have to choose TK4 for being unique in its own way.
T7 intro makes you think, "oh it's gonna be some tragic story" "Hey, it's finally coming to an end", "I really wanna play the story" and when you play you it, you're like, "Dafuq was that abomination?".
Yea, when I got T7 I was extremely hyped about the story mode and the countless hours I’d spend playing the various offline modes (especially arcade because i normally go through and unlock each characters endings) suffice to say I left the game feeling disappointed.

I wish Tekken 7 had the same story System as the previous tekkens like it’s cool they had a main story but they should have made the other characters had there own thing instead of one fight for each
Man I wish they kept the instant replays in T7. This was one of the first games I ever had on ps2 and the AI used to sincerely piss me off. Good times

Ultra hard ai is pretty tough on this game. I've found the best way to deal with them is Sidestepping alot, avoid using lows, and punish with a simple i12 like Kaz's 2,2 alot

tekken 7 had a low budget compared to previous titles but even with that in mind they haven‘t done anything to change it from season to season
many opportunities towards its story revision or adding content just were not acknowledged hence why they think its fine to release a half baked game like tekken 7

It turned into a multiplayer game as opposed to a single player game. What I mean is that the online aspect is more enticing money wise than a single player game, just look at the top selling games. Also the tounrmanet scene is astronomically bigger than it was in t4 so they probably put more effort into balance. T7 story mode probably was like

Tekken 4 is still my favorite. Man the atmosphere, stages and story is just on another level compared to rest of the series.
Also, Paul's, Hwoarang's and Marduk's voices in this are the best.

This Tekken was so good. I wouldn't mind if they had divided their base and went with making some Tekken games like this and then others the traditional way. They could have just make Tekken 4 , Tekken Online.

The A.I in Tekken 4 is very predictable though which means you can cheese it big time, it's not the easiest game, Tekken 3 is, but Tekken 1, 2, 5/DR and Tag 1 are all more difficult on the highest difficulty.

la vercion de PS2 es mucho mas facil que la vercion de Arcade , es una diferencia enorme por no decir que es practicamente imposible ganarle , la CPU en la vercion Arcade lee todos los input , incluso puede interrumpirte un move de 12f o 13f con jab a reaccion xD
