Thanks again for watching. That is very interesting comment. Yes I have heard of them but I have not eaten that. They still have places that sell them. My dad also said he didn't eat them but he thinks his dad probably did and he remembers a place on Gravois and Mackenzie that had a big sign out front advertising brain sandwiches. Very interesting.
That sounds interesting. I will keep an eye out for them. I'm sure they are too much fire for me too- but it is always interesting testing these things. Ha!
Never heard of the Gerber Sandwich but it all looked great and bet it tasted even better.
It was great! Ha! Thanks so much for watching again. I really appreciate you. Hope you have a safe and happy New Year!
how could I possibly suddenly be so damn hungry!
Ha! LOL. That is so funny!!! I appreciate the comment.
My first job was at Ruma's Deli (at South County Mall). I made so many of these.
That is awesome- such a classic. My sister knew someone who worked on Manchester and she got a lot of ideas from her! Ha!
That food looked extremely delicious. Will definitely try this out for myself sometime!
Awesome- thanks for watching and I hope you enjoy it!
Looks good
Thanks so much for watching and the comment. Really appreciate it again.
Sure looks good! Hey my dad used to tell me about eating brain sandwiches. I think those may have also originated in St. Louis. Ever heard of them?

If you havent tried them yet, you should try Old Vienna's "All Dressed" chips! Their Riplets are a little too hot to be enjoyable for me.
