QPR tried to sign Peter Odemwingie from West Brom in the 2013 January transfer window. Despite the clubs not reaching a deal, Odemwingie traveled to Loftus Road to try and force the move through.

A really funny story from that great day was that Odemwingie hit me with the ball during the warm up; he was aiming for Simon Cox who was sitting on the bench at the time...LMAO I shouted over to him "how much are they paying you again"? He redeemed himself when he saw me in the crowd at Craven Cottage and threw his match to me - still have it to this day 🙂 A cracking player with talent to burn, but his ego f*c£ed him up in the end, when anyone finds things THAT easy to do they can become bored and seek distraction elsewhere. The Baggies treated him quite well, and it seems he didn't reciprocate, the QPR car park debacle seems like a final F U from the club IMHO.
