Honda Accord Neutral Safety Switch Replace - Cant Shift / No Gear Indicator - Easy Fix

Honda Accord gear indicator doesn't recognize the shifting positions due to bad neutral safety switch and key cannot be remove. Easy fix.

2015 accord, key is stuck just above the 0 (off) position and won't come out. It also will not crank or even go into auxiliary, so the dash does not turn on to show me what gear it even thinks it is in. Originally thought it is an ignition lock cylinder problem, but now I also think maybe this?? And ideas or direction appreciated!

Check the battery if nothing on the dash turn on.
