For anyone whos been under a vehicle and knows jack stability is everything (queue harbor freight jack stands), this scares the living shit out of me. Even if im on the side of the trailer just pulling a tire, id be shittin bricks with that as the jack.
I have used mine twice on my camper tires! It's really stable when a 69 year old has to change out the tire

Used 2 x4 or 4x6 blocks of wood back in the 60s and 70s on our ranch dually trucks and horse trailers
Tire is legitimately nano meters of the concrete....... get an air bottle jack, 10 seconds
