Israel doesn't sign onto any international laws ,they don't care
Hard to seperate if their stated goals to defeat Hamas and get back the hostages is their motivation or if they just want to indiscriminately kill. That is what ICJ has to weigh, the criteria for genocide was laid out after the holocaust you may want to read up on the conditions required.
Only one way to find out, free the hostages and have Hamas surrender. Maybe we should pressure the government that told their civilians to stay after Israel sent warning, hide in hospitals and mosques (also a war crime), has a charter inciting genocide, and used resources for cheap rockets that fail instead of helping their own people.
Fun thought experiment what would have happened if Hamas complied with the conditions of the ceasefire?
