  • Just started my calisthenics journey a few weeks ago and I'm amazed at how strong you can get! 💪
    Just 2 weeks ago my first attempt max was 10 seconds.

    That's awesome Terry. I've got 40 sec for the L-sit. I'm actually training now for the V-sit. I currently can't do that at all. So 0 seconds. 🤣🤣🤣

      Haha! Now that I've done 3o seconds, nearly, next try will be the V sit so will probably also be 0 seconds. Haha.
