I thought I was done simply surviving yesterday and I thought “what a bad survival story”. This song touches my heart and reminded me that I may be surviving but I’m also a survivor simply because I’ve survived horror. And that’s oddly reassuring

I’m just waiting for maniac episode, just because the pain in my soul is so deep and nobody understands ... I’m so alone in this, but I’m so sure that I will be so well soon. If you’re reading this... Never give up, never... it’s just a phase, ok? Everything is gonna be alright! 🙏🏻💗 By the way... the actor (De Luca character) is doing an amazing job.
The most important you shouldn't take any medication like antidepressants. It's not just never helps but making your state even worse. Actually it is already proven that antidepressants causing suicidal state. Find yourself a good nutritionist, go for keto or paleo, add physical activity. Some psychological help may be needed if you deal with a narcissist like basically people get bipolar due to narcissistic abuse
@@reallifesurvivor Actually... it was the Dark Night of the soul... of my spiritual awakening. Everything is so much better now... and without antidepressants because they made the symptoms worst. It was like the awfulness end of that phase because it took like 2 years but the las 9 months was like hell. I know you know what I mean because of the narcissistic thing. Thanks a lot.
